Not sure if this has been covered or not...but do we have a price estimate on these cases yet? And will they be sold with parts or just the shells? Again sorry if this has been mentioned already.

Oh wow man nice! Clicked on about 5 or so of the tracks and gave them a quick listen I liked them all from the ones I heard. I'm going to send the link to a friend that uses FL studio also I think he'd be interested in checking it out. Love what you've done here and definitely looking to hear what you do with LSDJ. I think you should also crack into some Mario paint also it has a nice little music thing on it you might like. And most def check out 8static, I haven't been yet personally due to living in Louisiana but I have a few friends in the Philly area that go regularly. I envy all you bastards that get to go lol. Can't wait to actually make it up there one day and actually meet some of these guys in person. But yea man keep it up you're doing great, you'll fit in great here. Also of you need any gameboy equipment this is the place to come to ask community here is great and will answer your questions. There are some that ate dicks though at first but most come around after you learn the ropes a bit.

Re: Cutting a GBC cartridge up for a USB BleepBloop cart (13 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
Cutting with a heated blade works well. Especially if your using a soldering iron with the tip that looks like a xacto knife, aka small razor, and then wet sanding it a little like apeshit said. It works great. If you do go the heated blade route.. Test your cuttin on something you can spare like a plastic coke bottle or a milk jug or something. And learn walhat part of the blade gives you the cleanest cut. As for the sanding all I do is put a little water on the area I'm about to file the use a metal or a card board fingernail file. Use the less grainy side and you get an amazingly smooth finish. You can steal a metal one from you mom or sister or girlfriend.. Or buy a pack of cardboard paper ones for around 4$ probably for a pack of 8. I personally prefer the cardboard ones. I've have issues with the edges of te metal one leaving really bad scratch marks. But for something his small and just edging basically it should work for you. Also for plastic so easy to cut, you cn even use a pocket knife with the blade held over a flame for a few seconds and do it that way and file the edges down for a smooth finish.
Also remember, always cut your hole a little smaller that what you need. You can file it the rest of the way but if its to big...you dun fucked up. Lol and good luck man.

Stenciling, nearly impossible. As apeshit said waaaay to small. Decal personally not a fan they leave an outline you can't get rid of. Stripping it completely definitely possibly, I've heard te same thing about sugar as you, but what apeshit said is honestly the best way to get rid of it. Acetone works but you have to be very very very careful because it will destroy the plastic. A q-tip dipped in like 50-50 water and acetone has worked for me but te magic eraser is cheaper and a lot cleaner look. As for keeping the lettering but changin it's color I just hand paint it with a very small brush. Takes time but your results are over all better than anything else I've tried including decals. Or you can just strip the lettering and paint what you want on it in your own style of letters of you arent worried about making it loom like Nintendo letters.

Re: What's your life outside of making chiptune? (235 replies, posted in General Discussion)
23 born in march. I work a part time job in a mall getting paid minimal wage of course, currently fighting for a promotion. I have an awesome fiancé that deals with all of my shit which makes her even more badass. Currently trying for a baby actually, so fingers crossed. I custom paint gameboys for myself and others in my spare time. I'm usually always on this site to see what's new and happening so I can be kept up to date and fill my friend in that has drifted from the internet side of chiptunes since he got married. When I can I try to do new weird crap to DMG cases such as my fuzzy domo boy i recently finished. We have two female cats one named Dib from Invader Zim..when i got her I was told she was a boy and by the time I realized she wasn't she had already learned her name, so I call her Diberella or Diberelli sometimes just to make it sound somewhat like a girls name..inward very fond of the song te mice from Cinderalla song about her calling her Cinderelli..pathetic I know but it makes me feel better about te name. The other ones name is Tonks from Harry Potter. Grew up reading the books so don't hate. I also have a Brazilian pure bred Red Tail Bao which I'm very proud to own considering they are one of the only "true" red tail boas in the world. She's pretty bad ass and her name is Willow like the old ass movie from the 80s, the little small guy, I'm sure the older generation will know what I'm talking about lol. I have an obsession with collecting anything related to the Halo video game franchise particularly the mega blocks toys they released. Also a huge fan of Star Wars I watch it constantly all the time and luckily my lady is hardcore into it too, i got lucky lol. I also have a thing for collecting things Batman related huge fan, I actually own an original released Adam West style bat mobile model in mint condition that sits in a glass box that was giving to me by my father. He bought it when he was a kid the day it was released. I also have a very rare Heath Ledger joker poster, printed in Latin, I got signed by him roughly 6 months before he died. I'm very proud of that because so far he's the only thing that made watching any of the Christian Bale Batmans worth watching. ~fingers crossed~ they don't ruin the next one, but not holding my breath. Other than playing video games and spending time with my lady that's about it. I don't really do much, i just have a lot of crap. Oh and i cook, a damn good cook actually. Which works because my lady doesn't lol, unless it's macaroni.
So yea; my lady, work, cook, gameboys, collect stuff and macaroni..that's my life pretty much.

If we are talking the small little cart sized stickers...I believe kitsch has them for a dollar or two. For a thing of 8 I think.

Alright thanks guys. I guess I may give it a shot then. See what's up with them. I'm sure it won't be more than a few dollars wasted to find out. And if it does work out then we will know a place to get color cases when we need them.

Re: Help with Gameboy Electrical Issues (8 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
Oh also I noticed when the gameboy was closed of you push down on the screen protector and case near the right side it would short out and turn off or reset itself. If you can close your gameboy and press around the case a little firmly and you have something similar remember the spot it happens at and pop it open and look for possible crossing wires in that area. May sound like a very stupid thing to do, and I'm sure it probably is, but it helwped me locate the issue.

Re: Help with Gameboy Electrical Issues (8 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
Hey I had a similar issue with one of my gameboys. It turned out, with mine atleast, the back light pushed a certain way it made my RCA prosounds wires touch just barely with I want to say my pitch shift if I remember right. It just took a slight moving of wires and it starting working just fine. Mine made a popping noise then a kind of hiss noise. You might also want to check you battery compartment for acid. I noticed after it happened some acid was in mine. I wasn't using a Rgb backlight just a normal white one but our issues seem similar ad it was fixable. Just play with it a little and check your soldering points..and shrink tubing is your friend or very small strips of electrical tape, which is what I used to ensure no crossing happened again. Good luck man and pics of the wiring would help.
