Man, I want this so bad.  I've wanted it since the day you told me about it, it's a shame I don't use LSDJ any more! XD

I'm a little insulted by the very existence of this thread.

PPMCK is clearly the right decision.

Everything I know about GB I learned from collaborating with Ovenrake.

Was there a deadline?  I don't see one.  Also, are we allowed to add reverb in when we mix?

You can NOT add artificial reverb.  The only reverb would be allowed if you recorded it in a large room and let the space of the room add the reverb naturally.  There is also no deadline because too many people have shown interest with only 2 actually submitting anything.  If it helps motivate people, I can set a deadline, but as of now it's open-ended.

Definitely need more tracks.  I still only have two... =[

There are threads devoted to gaming and such all over the boards.  I don't see the issue with one about Pokemon.

If this isn't dead then I am SO in!

@Ant1:  There is a nearly full featured Demo version.  You only pay for a small handful of features that don't really affect the overall usability of it.  You pay if you want to pay.

Yes, it's a team of people making money from the software, but it is built with a LOT of input from the community.  The devs are very open to suggestion and will add just about anything if demand for it is great enough (and sometimes just for kicks).  Renoise wasn't made by some high profile business execs either, it was a small project at first.

Analog, I think you are missing the point that Renoise is awesome and is free as well.

It is legitimately worth it.  It's a wonderful piece of software with a lot of really useful features gained upon purchasing it.  They seem inconsequential, but they really go a long way.  Not only that, but you are supporting a worthy cause.  Renoise is by the community, for the community with very noble intentions and an amazingly usable end product.  If you have the money, buy it post-haste.
