Hah, awesome. Now somebody needs to sample George the speaking clock.

Some of these songs sound like only half of the song, if you catch my drift? Also everything sounds like, phase inverted or something? I dunno what that is. Anyway keep it up bro!

You know how you did that one EP with the vocaloid, Je? He was just talking about stuff that wasn't chip made by chip people and used you personally as an example without actually mentioning the EP. Which seems weird. Awesome EP though!

You can, if you jailbreak it and download an emulator via Cydia.

Have you tried using it? I can't see the interface being too easy to use through an iPhone / iPod

I've tried it on both iOS and Android, it's horrific. Interface aside, the shoddy emulations and latency alone make it unusable. It's really not a valid option at all, imo.

also akira makes tons of great music and is doing shows and generally being a smart guy, so there's that too
this is starting to head well outside the scope of the discussion, though

Cool, keep us all posted! I'm sure I'm not the only person who would dig this as a tonal instrument as well as a general live noise-making tool.

A step sequencer of any sort would be neat too, if you can fit it in there wink

they really can be!
i just MIDI-in nearly everything now, pretty sick of clicking
not having to switch between mouse and keyboard isn't so bad though; i need to learn all the shortcuts for FT and give it another bash

Awesome! How difficult would it be to get the modulation speed to follow the pitch of a played note (like where a user could choose an octave or a harmonic and the modulation would play at that relative speed)? Would amplitude modulation also be possible? This is kinda really exciting!

i'm not even "good at tracking" and even then my best tracked stuff takes about half as much time to make as anything worthwhile i do in fl studio

I just make music that I like making and listening to. If other people think it's not shit then that's a bonus.

basically: fun and enjoyability first, complexity and innovation second.
