haha i've bought a pretty unbalanced selection of stuff: http://bandcamp.com/cementimental

They should definitely introduce some way to include free releases, I've downloaded 100s and if i'm going to be showing off what i think other people should also download some of them need to be on there. Enough people must be asking tho, I'm sure they will introduce it in some form.

Not entirely on-topic I know but my set will be somewhat chip-centric noise/glitch/hypno/something. I'll be using nanosynth, Pixelh8 Music Tech Pro Performer and probably some Trippy-H in a decided impure ways thru various other things. smile

Pete Swanson with H & Cementimental - Fri 11/01/13 Arnolfini Bristol

An evening of cathartic, physical electronic music from Pete Swanson (Yellow Swans / Type), support from H (zamzamrec) and Cementimental (zamzamrec, Transient Constellations).

"With his most recent solo album, Man With Potential, Swanson has produced his first solo masterpiece. Its core is instantly recognizable as Swanson: wild, entirely improvised electronics wrought out of erratic hardware, then looped and edited into a whole of preternatural depth and musicality."

Anything involving the weird extra/audio input channel.

My idea for that would be modified cart with a line in, with a rom doing some probably super crude realtime effects on it, I've zero idea if that's remotely possible tho.

Or a sampler haha

Any and all realtime-playable non-tracker/drum, non-drone roms with as much potential for chaos, harshness, non-musicality,cutup fast changes, glitch,  and general NOISE as possible please smile

I'd be up for it

Trippy-H music is the only trve kvlt gameboy music

Fired up the PC I was recently given and finally was able to put stuff on my USB cart again, had a go with this, pretty great sounds! Will be perfect for my noise/drone purposes. smile Look forward to any further versions!!

Excited! Always super happy about any new live-playable noise-friendly non-tracker GB software, look forward to trying this!

The actual project is pretty funny and clever and clearly not meant as a serious way to automatically make no-effort chiptunes and the results sound kind of interesting/weird if not 'good' so dunno why you guys are hating on it just because some blog gave it a slightly clueless writeup? :-S

What's wrong with you guys this is great?

I'd definitely be interested if it's cheap enough to make me feel like being lazy and not figuring out how to build my own smile
