On mac I have the following for my config:

So left shoulder is left shift, and right shoulder is control (the default).

Then, I switched Spotlight to be "Control-shift-space" so control-shift works as "start song playback".

When I manually sync 2 together using start often the sync is off by just a smidgen.. I can correct it by bumping the tempo up or down a few bpm, but it would be super useful if there was a nudge up or down for the tempo.. ie. holding a button and pressing up or down put it up/down 2 or 3 bpm until you release. That would really make it simple to sync for playing live.
