Hmmm I watch a lot of documentaries. I've included TV stuff because a lot of the best comes from BBC. You can watch all of this stuff online, one way or another.

Cocaine Cowboys; The Root of All Evil; The Fog of War; The Corporation; The Boy with the Incredible Brain; Status Anxiety (Alain de Botton); The Trap (BBC - Adam Curtis); Jesus Camp (I grew up around the stuff in this film - it scares me); Life Without Memory: The Case of Clive Wearing; Kim Peek: The Real Rain Man; Commanding Heights; The Private Lives of Plants; Sagan's Cosmos; The Century of the Self (BBC - Adam Curtis); The Power of Nightmares (BBC - Adam Curtis); Roman City; Journey of Man; Kenneth Clark’s Civilisation.

why 48?

That's what he asked for. Perhaps he is going to re-master the releases for the final print and wants high quality files? Not sure the reason.

Incredibly impressive. I've never heard a Genesis sound like this. Amazing. I will buy a system just to play the cart.

I think the solution is some consumer closed headphones, like the Sennheiser HD228 or Sony MDR-7506.

Most pro headphones I've owned are semi-open, or open, and not useful in noisy environments, and require increased power to push them.

I just gave away some AKG 240s because I had nothing in my place that could drive them hard enough. I have a set of Grados now that still require jacking the volume to 100% on any type of consumer output.

C64 Sight and Sound piano overlay, excellent condition, free ship to US. Price dropped - now $80

Roland SPD-S with nice concert SPD-S stand. $400. We can split the shipping.

Sweet. Thanks!

Still looking to purchase two of these =\

After years of rolling a mod wheel to get vibrato on pretty much any device, I miss this functionality with the MidiNES (since the mod wheel changes the pulse duty cycles).

To get vibrato, I've just been sloppily drawing saw waves with CC 08 (or assigning a knob to CC 08 and recording my craptastic knob twiddling by recording over the existing midi track).

Is this the typical method, or is there another way? CC 08 can be a bit... unpredictable, so it takes a lot of screwing around to get plain vanilla vibrato, at least in my experience.

Analog Industries made this xml file and distributed it for free, but it is no longer on their site and I can't find it. Don't suppose anyone happens to have a copy or something similar?
