Greenleaf and Boys Club were amazing.  Made it worth losing my car key in seattle, staying out till 4 looking for it, almost getting hit by a drunk driver, and making my wife take the train up with the spare key.  True story.

Can I crash with anyone in seattle?  My funds are at an all time low but I want to try to make it up there for this.

I would kill for another show down in Portland again.

No need, one is in the works.  When I saw Jeremiah pull the floor monitor next to his head on the table I just thought to myself, we're all going to die.  Loved it.

Sorry I have been missing.  I have been out of town officiating a wedding and then Memorial Day is huge at my work so I have spent all of my energy there. I got some big ideas for shows coming up.

We gotta get some visual artists as well.  Maybe 2 or 3 of them.

Well its good that the small but dedicated group have voiced up, we need to get something organized.  Jeff I think is willing to take care of all of the promotion and I can set up the show.  This is something I've wanted to do since '08 so I am pumped to hear all of the interest.

Getting Reactionary on board would be great.  So as far as artists are concerned I got interest from Thretris, Capomposer, Plain Flavored, Ovenrake, and myself.  I would be nice to get 486kid, Spamtron, and Operation Mission in on this as well.  Kevin, lets try to plan something with your visit here.  Any venues you guys have played that you like?  I dig the hell outta Backspace and PF mentioned Berbati's, I will see if I can get some ins there.  I will keep you guys posted.

These are fantastic.  Great work.  If I wasn't working on a shoestring budget (ie paying you in gameboys) I would be all over a few of these.

I have a very basic opinion about all of this: it's better to stay still and play better music than the opposite.

I disagree completely.  Why do I want to pay to see you if you have no charisma?  I have really enjoyed some medicore bands just because of the great energy they put forth.  I can just go see a dj if you're going to be a spud on stage.  Especially with the minimal amount of gear we are working with.  Fighter X can look a little nuts dancing around a table with a few gameboys on it but they fucking bring it, and I am standing behind that.

Get off the stage and get on the floor with the crowd.  I've done this and it gets people closer to you, both physically and emotionally.  Dan Deacon used to do this to great effect.  I suppose you just need to worry about people touching your shit.

I use an especially long 1/8" RCA cable so I can dance with the crowd with my Gameboy still rocking.  Also, I don't think I would be able to take the whole crowd sitting down for the show.  I need some energy back from the crowd to give 110%.
