I'm selling my Dam Funk drum machine on eBay, if anyone's interested. I'm not really using it, so I'd rather it go to someone who will.

Any idea if/when more Drag N Derps will be available?

We're playing Friday night at the main theater, right before Protomen. If you're going to be at PAX this year, come check us out! Also, stop by our booth in Bandland. I'll have my Game Boy setup with me all weekend, and I love to talk about LSDJ and chiptunes in general.

We're also playing Monday night right after PAX, at El Corazon with Protomen and Danimal Cannon.

Thank you, I would love to do that actually, I kind of feel like it would be a little embarrassing considering my fairly amateurish recording style, but I love reading about how people record/mix/etc. and if folks are curious about anything I'm happy to oblige.

Please do. I have so many questions.

+1. I love the way your recordings sound. I'd love to hear details, no matter how "amateurish" they may seem to you.

Doesn't feel the same w/o OVENRAKE

Here's one more thing:

Sept. 2 @PAX: Seattle-specific chiptune panel

That's more chiptunes than we've had in Seattle in the past five years!

Wonderful, as usual.

I'll be there. Stop by the Supercommuter booth in Bandland and say Hi!

I've got an SK-1 and SK-10 and I love them both. They're super easy and fun to circuit bend. Here's my bent SK1:

Does anyone know of a good online tutorial for prosound modding a Pocket? I followed a random YouTube tutorial a while back, and wound up destroying mine.

Interesting. Thanks for the link. It would be nice to retain the other midi functions (or at least some of them) and keep the in/out jacks. Do you think I'd need 2 Arduinos for that?

Or I can sell you one of these:

Didnt really work in my setup. But tap tempo is one of its features.

Thanks for the offer. I think I'll pass for now.

And just like that, Nordloef and Saskrotch crush my dreams...

Really? How do you access it? (I don't have my Game Boy on me at the moment.)
