I don't mean to brag but I do believe (IMO) that Bit Shifter's Reformat the Planet is Final Boss of all time chiptune

Wait let me back up I went back recording separate channels and it wasn't the pitch -_- it was my bass in the wave that repeats a lot with just one note

I've been trying to record my gameboy through male to male cord on Audacity with stereo to mic and I try doing it though a small amp/computer speaker. I've also done the same thing with the VisualBoyAdvance. I've also tried many times adjusting the volume. I don't know if it's the software, my gameboy, my computer, or how I record it.

I always like finding patches to make better ways to make good sound on LSDJ though I would get chapsh0t's but I don't own a Apple product to download the app. I was looking around this site and it made me wonder it's great to hear a couple of known chiptune artist sharing or giving out tutorials about LSDJ but I always wonder if other people especially people on this site would like to share what sounds they made. I've seen some tutorials on this site but mostly scatter everywhere and wonder if there could be a thread where people could easily find them in just one thread.

You can use the same notes just edit the instrument.

Try the L command (perhaps L02 / L03?) on a few of the notes.
Thanks for the advice I'll start playing around with it also I uploaded a better recording of them

Thanks for the advice. The wave channel is one of the channels that I have hard times with especially with the first song. I'm not too sure if both of these could be intros though I imagine them being after intros

They're very short so I thought it wasn't really necessary but I can
Edit: One of the rule do say "Finished compositions only. Unmastered or "need's work" is ok." but these are just melodies and not complete at all

I don't have any music making experience but this is my first time making something good out of LSDJ. They're not full songs at all but just a few second looping melodies that I'm having a hard time making them into full songs and I need a opinion on how good they're sounding. I have two melodies with bad recording quality out of male to male cord recorded on Audacity so if it's hard to give opinion due to the quality I could record the channels separately.

This is the first melody I ever made that sounds good (to me reminds me of Knife City) I didn't use a WAVE channel about 7 seconds of it

And this second one sounds like a very simple NES melody that's 9 seconds
Any advice would be great (cause I suck)!
