I dont even kniw how to use it wit y laptop

This thing allows you to plug a three-prong plug into a two-prong outlet. I don't see how that would help, though...

It beats breaking off the ground-pin, at least. =\ (can't stand when people do that)

We mean it's off beat-wise. ( I believe )

Yes. It's choking up the beat so it can't breathe. As it is, it sounds more like a light pre-fill than a groove. *Edit*: It's like a lonely kid who's trying to make friends by butting in to other people's conversations.

I honestly think it wouldn't hurt to remove it altogether. However, if you really want to keep it in, you could replace the kick drum that comes immediately after it with another hi-hat hit (but only on the first half of the beat, before the snare to retain some of that kicky attitude), and it would sound much better.

So instead of kick-hat-kick-snare-hat-kick | kick-hat-kick-snare-hat-kick

It'd be kick-hat-hat-snare-hat-kick | kick-hat-hat-snare-hat-kick

But, I mean, that's just what I would do. There's other options, I'm sure.

Ah, I was afraid someone would take it that way. I meant it more as in that there should be no drama or whatever in music, it's all art, so let's just shut up and dance wink

My apologies for the misunderstanding! Glad you enjoyed the music smile

Lol, it's all good. It's just me being silly. Deep down, I knew what it was supposed to be all along...

Anyway, I'll spread the word.

No, I hear it too.

Really lovin' this. Sounds perfect for a game imo

Didn't notice it at first, but...yeah.

Otherwise it's really cool. But, like others said it needs at least one lead solo  to be more than just background music. It's not the kind of video game theme I'd burn to a cd. I'd jam to it on my guitar, though. smile

Ya know... I slept on the first EP because I thought the whole "shutitanddance" thing was rather rude. But, yeah... it's never too late to forgive and forget =)

The silly hateration in this thread is really what prompted me to take these actions... You know what they say "All publicity is good publicity" and all that. The hate must be well-deserved. =)

*listening* ya. ya. i like this is good. d(-_-)b

Another notch on your downloads belt.

Ah, so that works on PU1? I tried doing that on PU2 but it just got stuck at the bent pitch. Cool.

Also... did not know you could change the groove of the tables.

Well, I think about it like this... if LSDJ processes in ticks, a HF VIB shape would have a smooth wave over those ticks, but a spread out wave would be slowed down, yeah?

Like, if _--==--_--==--_--==--_--==--_--==--_ is HF, then _____-----------=========-----------________ is the larger sine wave over the same number of ticks, which leads to slower vibrato.

Extra shapes are just the icing on top, but they work the same way, yeah?
Like, the square is _______________================_______________ over the same number of ticks, and
the sawtooth is ___----=====_____-----=====___----=====_____-----===== over the same number of ticks.  Which is why you get different pulse sweeps and bends using different waves.  You can hear it real good on a square, the vibrato just bounces back and forth between your chosen tones.

Did that make sense?  Hm, I wonder.  Also, sorry if this was common knowledge.

Ah, yah, that makes sense. I don't even know what HF means, and didn't really know what shape it was. Good explanation.

How does burning a CD not work?

You need to install a special driver for flash drives, though. Google should help you find it.

Man. I thought the VIB option only changed the SHAPE of the vibrato, not the speed. I could have really used that on the cover song that I did... It was hard getting the vibrato of the vocals right.

Yeah I just blew your mind.

Thank you

Troupe Gammage made a pretty good NES remix of his band SPEAK's song "Carrie"

That's kind of irrelevant to this topic, though, isn't it?

You can use midis as a reference guide instead of a conversion tool.

So with an LSDJ on both pages, do they play nice with eachother, sharing the SRAM without any conflicts?

Calling people they aint THAT hot either...

Ok. People

Edit: Also... I personally never used "gay" in that way myself. I always considered it vulgar and tasteless.

I remember when Hilary Duff made a "TMYK" or something about that... haha.

I have, however, referred to things that are gay as being gay.

The microkorg has no perspective. That's why isometric stuff only works with a small scale view of a bigger thing.

I like the animation of the jet and the pink walrus is endearing.

People still get offended by that?

Hm...

Why'd they even have to use that word, anyway? I want my "happy" back sad

I want to sing "Flintstones" again sad
