Also for a cross platform tracker check out Goattracker - its pretty powerful too: http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/?id=90293

oh yea and goldwave does batch conversion too smile

Try 8363hz or 16726hz & 8bit mono signed

Or for an easier option you can just grab a shareware copy of Goldwave -its a nice (and well priced) sample editor - www.goldwave.com which supports saving IFF format properly (just make sure u bung samples down as Amiga .IFF format - your safe to save higher quality samples in this format but bear in mind big samples will use up your free mem quickly smile

hiya
I know this is an old thread but - well - lets share some info smile

>> go grab: http://sourceforge.net/projects/opencbm/

A very nice set of utilities to communicate with c64 drives from Windows machines - it even handles the nightmare of handshaking the Parallel port properly smile

You'll need to build yourself a xfer cable from the PC to the 1541 (or whatever c64 drive u have) - check out this for that: http://sta.c64.org/xcables.html

Oodles of info on that website on making them
hope that helps!
