Don't forget what get you interested in gameboy and other consoles GAMES
Music making apps comes after many many years after. So don't say games are for pansies smile

After reading this tread I just played Super Mario Bros first time after 15 years and I remeber every fuckin monster. Maybe coz i played that game milion times...

guy called labelwhore did already vst for midibox and sammich. check here:http://midibox.org/forums/index.php?/topic/13740-midiboxsidkontrol-vst/page__hl__vst
it's not complete but i let him do it smile

I know, I'm one of first guys who gonna have it but it have basic midi at the moment as it emulates c64 keyboard, after i'll test it properly i decide if there is need for vst. Cynthcart is great mainly because it let you play chords.

It's a midi synth for gameboy color. Looks great.I can't find anything on this forum about it.
http://code.google.com/p/pushpin/

mGB looks cool, I'll look into it when I'll finish all Mssiah stuff (in about 2 weeks) as for muddy gb it's not midi so forget about vst for it.

I didn't know about mGB, can you point me to product website? Is it diy or commerciall product? For diy I could do freeware one, but I need Midi or Sysex Controller List plus someone willing to beta test.

I don't have Mac myself and it would take me like 3 months to port it to Mac using just the code. It make no economic sense to me. I created mono synth vst in synthmaker coz it's quite fast if you know what you doing. I can't understand why there is no Mac version of Synthmaker or SynthEdit. It's simply crazy.

I'm makining Vst's for C64's Mssiah, after I'm done I will make similar surfaces for some other gear. Is there anything else you would like to have such software to be made for? (MIDINES, SYNTHCART etc) I'm asking coz I don't own those devices (yet smile). I don't know if anybody needs it . Cheers.

Yep it's too small to work on it, but good enough as a reference screen for midi orientated people who use C64 as a synth. Especially with my VST's. smile

Jeez I was thinking about midines for a moment but never heard about someone waiting 2 years for product to be delivered, only to find out that other people who bought it later got theirs delivered. Freaking nightmare. Great product but that guy needs old fashion slap.

yep I fit 3.5" lcd in the breadbin, check here: http://www.prophet64-forum.com/viewtopic.php?id=1657
