I'd love some cc on my first lsdj track!
It's recorded without prosound so the quality is not the best but you get the point smile

Try the screen part with another cpu part if you got one and you will know which part is acting up

Is lsdj the only rom which corrupts saves? Will it be safe if i have one cart for lsdj and one for all other saveable games?

I didnt use much force at all when screwing the case together, though i got small bumps on the front from the screws (on a kitsch case). I did get a small spot in the lower corner which,  like i said, disappeared when i reassembled the case after cleaning the contacts. Is that what you mean by pressure marks?

Cleaning the contacts did the trick, and when i was done the spot on the screen was gone, so it was probaböy just pressure. Thanks!

All saved songs disappeared. So there is no way for me to play zelda and use lsdj on the same cart? Is there no patch for this? sad

I had just played around so there's nothing worth recovering besides my happiness lost for not being able to play zelda. Thanks anyway smile

Hello, for some reason my saves for both zelda and lsdj were corrupted. They are still in the save manager but theres no save file in zelda and lsdj opens up with all chains set to 60 and no saved songs are left. Does anyone know what causes this? I've tried all other games on the cart to see if those caused it but without any luck.

If i press the lower edge of the down "button" of the dpad it wont register at all, but if i press closer to the center it usually works, though i sometimes have to press harder than usual. All screws are attached and i didnt notice any tension. I will try the rom!

Another question: there is a little green spot at the bottom left corner of the screen, is this because of too much tension on the screen or is it something unrelated? Is the damage permanent in that case?

Could that really be the issue? Since it works without problem when the halves ase separated, it feels like ot should be something else

So I've got two dmgs in kitsch's custom cases with backlight and silicone buttons/dpads. One work perfectly, but the other will not register presses on the dpad when i push it at the very bottom. However, when the two halves of the case are separated, the problem is no longer there. Has anyone got any idea on what could be the issue?

I still hate batteries though.

Ugh, I can't agree with this enough. I keep hoping to see someone magically find a way to mod the battery pack of a CGB into something that works with a lithium ion rechargeable battery (one out of the DS for example). Unfortunately, it seems like that's never going to happen (or just simply not possible), so a lot of us are stuck with rechargeable AA's like Treble said.

Yeeeaaaah, about that... I'm gonna have to do that in order for the circuit to fit!

Ok, seems like I have to extend the screen wire thingy. I'll probably have to buy another gameboy color just for the screen wire thing. Or do you think there's an easier way?
