oh, extra thought: if youre in song mode in nanoloop, you need to set it to external, enter the song sequencer screen, then hit start, before you start playback on LSDJ

it should work, ive never used it for connecting to another game boy (i used it with the nanoloop midisync cable a few times though with it working fine)...first thing id do is try just switching which end of the cable is plugged into each device (that works sometimes on shitty cables), then try a different link cable
if neither of these work, post which versions of nanoloop & lsdj you're using, and ill try and look into it this weekend

ive managed long samples on the psp, but yeah, i get full crashing when attempting to load/play really long stereo samples...i think the longest ive made work for sure was about 30-40 seconds mono, though im going to test the limits of that more when i finally have some time to work on music again

if it's just NES, its mono, so youd kinda only really need one powered 15" PA speaker (like the mackie thumps, which make the NES sound very nice)

just looked again..i guess someone is attempting visuals on the main stage (of djs i never heard of)
and i guess that stage gets a 20,000 watt PA, so i hope zach found something big for you guys, my PA wouldnt have been shit with that nearby

pretty sure there are none..its being thrown by the people who had us do visuals in feb (myself, ccdm & baconhanger), didnt really give us respect, pay, or even the free beer we were supposed to get...instead, we got to do visuals for the bad house dj stage instead of the breakcore, jungle, idm stage...also, some asshole turned up the fog machine so the visuals werent hitting the wall....plus, the whole being outdoors thing seems like it would pose a bit of an issue (back when i was going to be playing the gig thats where the problem was, mostly)
