You can use fl-studio to do that, send the live input through one of the fx channels and add any plugins you like.  You will need a decent low latency sound card though.

I was going to buy one of these things from http://www.digitalpromo.co.uk as its local to me, its more expensive than the ebay ones but according to the manufacturers website easycaps are fake copies so they changed the design of the product and renamed it to ezcap.  http://www.ezcap.tv/ 

Lots of problems in the FAQ answered with 'you have bought a fake'.

I'm gonna check this out, does the spoka name come from the ikea ghost light thing?

I had that program as a kid, think it came with the amiga pack that we had, it had a few music progs with it and the sampler hardware thing. Always thought it was a cool picture.

Ice Frontier and world of plastic have both been remade on a release called Retracked 2 (http://retracked.org/disk2.html) along with lots of other nice tunes. All the tracker files of the originals are included too.
