damn!!!! and on payday....and I'm off tomorrow!!!

all night on nintendo and chocolate bunnies = I'm twelve again for the weekend. smile

thanks for mentioning this program. I've been playing with it for a few days and it's great.

Just a heads up. the sampler loads .xi so you can draw waves in milky (or use your older tracker instruments/samples) as opposed to the internal generators. Just remember to turn the sample interpolation off if you're working with 8bit stuff.

also the UI starts to make sense when you run it on palm or iphone.

edited again because I can't spell before a pot of coffee.

I hope I can get my stuff together before the 1st of april. I'd love to participate. I've been doing ambient/drone for 10 yrs and just recently ventured into chip music.

this would be right up my alley.

there'll be 4 soon I'm working on a hardware interface/max patch/custom stuff. so it's only a matter of time before I'm recording.

sorry, I wasn't having audio glitches. I probably should have tried to open a few busy tunes to test but it was 3 am. I've got a couple ideas for a slightly less buggy solution. will follow up. I was just happy to see the interface and thought I'd report in.

edited because I'm cranky when I wake up.

first off, hello, I'm new.

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but in case it hasn't. I was up and running in Fami on a mac in about 3 steps and 5 min.

first make sure you have xcode installed. (it's on your install disk)

download FT

then download and install wine/winebottler.
http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/

launch winebottler select the FT .exe. (I selected to run it windows2000 and it doesn't hiccup.) and hit the button that creates an ap.

done.

also, my bad if this is in the wrong section...It was a toss up between "software" and "how to"

Don't know if this works past 10.5.11 my computer is 2 years old.
