Hello! I just installed a backlight into my gameboy dmg and now every time I turn on the system there is no sound from the game. The screen and speaker work completely fine but when i try to play music from lsdj no sound comes out.
Can someone please guide me to a solution?

You're going to find unfriendly people on every forum. I'm pretty new in this scene as well. So far, I've had a pleasant experience on this site. There is no such thing as a "positive" scene. You have to take the good with the bad. Just step out, get involved, and meet some cool people. Yeah, someone is going to probably make fun of you but you will be making good friends and networking with dope artists. In the end, that's all you can ask out of a community of people. Also, this is just my opinion. I could be wrong about everything.
p.s. I'm so down for a lulz and grouphug session

If any artists would like to collaborate on an EP I'm down. I want to have each artist pick a character on Super Smash Bros. and write a theme for that character. If you're interested post here or message me. It's okay if you aren't strictly a chiptune artist.

I am working on getting a new mixer for recording but I like using the VMS4 for live stuff. It has great output and flawless control for me. I also need to snag some DMGs and mod them!
