windows 8 isn't a supported operating system for the cart.  that's most likely why you're having issues (drivers aren't updated yet for that OS)

someone got theirs to work, i don't remember how though....  its on this site somewhere though

you want us to PM you for ordering...?  i'm not seeing how to do that

UK law changed, i think he did it to be safe than sorry.   the police have raided homes in the UK over this sort of stuff (albeit for more modern consoles).

the homes of sellers of flash carts/modchips, i mean.

not random customers of these products' homes.  i don't think so at least, maybe i missed the news on this happening.  pretty sure its targeted towards sellers and not consumers atm though

(i really should say though that google, the independent, etc would be a much better source of info on this than me...  i'm just pulling this out of the memory drawer which might not be the best source)

edit -- i know the independent had something about this on their site, i read it before.  maybe you can track it down (or if anyone cares)  http://www.independent.co.uk/

and now for your pleasure and ease!!!

This is bullshit. I only ordered a new lsdj cart. Might see about a refund. Anyone know any other UK sellers?

rob webb if you email him directly (can't list them on-site anymore or something)

we ship to the UK everyday, not a problem.

Hey mate, noticed you're out of 64M cards any idea when you'll have more? I'm another one on DJTransformers backlog list >.<

really really ASAP.  sort of snuck on me this time due to a larger order...  won't take too long at all though!

Hey kitsch the receipt looks great and I see no problems with it. I ordered the zine (haha finally even though I kept missing it), Some replacement contacts and a screwdriver. Will you ever have another coupon for shipping I would like to buy more contacts but at 5$ would make them 8 bucks for one order

we've never done coupons for shipping, unless i'm totally forgetting doing that,

so, no wink

was hoping to get them done last week but haven't gotten the tutorial done.  and i have a bad habit of posting stuff and sitting on doing the tutorial, so this time i'm doing it the right way from day 1 so i don't leave people hanging...

**** attention customers in the past day or two ****

did you get a confirmation of your order sent from bigcartel?  not just the paypal receipt...  but a different one from bigcartel?  (it could possibly have said it came from us, i don't know how they're doing this...)

if so, was it formatted OK and look alright and everything?  they've added a new feature and even though there is a way for me to 'preview' it their example is filled up with irrelevant stuff and info, so i'm curious from a customer's perspective how this feature has worked...

because i can just turn it off if its not so great

because i ran out of assembled PCBs and they aren't ready again yet (mass production ya know)

its just a personal preference i suppose, 4 seems 'uneven' to me, asymmetrical somehow.  adding an extra led (especially one which personally strikes me as off-balance) isn't so interesting for me.  thats the brunt of it.  i don't make things i don't like...  (but, its entirely a personal gripe, not a knock on its quality, etc...)

yeah, the eCheck cleared today, i just printed your label about 15 minutes ago.

you should get an email from us via stamps.com shortly with your package info wink

yes.  led backlight restock asap.  that will be a busy-making newsletter for sure...

i'm not that familiar with google maps,

do the events go away from the map once they've happened?
does some 'real' person need to approve the postings, or is it an open group type thing where anyone can post?
isn't there already a map that is exactly like this somewhere else?  i swear there is one somewhere... i just didn't bookmark it

(just considering it from a staff perspective)  if there is maintenance involved in any kind of substantial level, this might be the deal breaker.  otherwise i like the idea too.  unless the map is really just another google spy in some way

i tried two types, one came out brown the other pink.  permanent and semi-perm i think is what they were, in that order.  i have it written down, i'll check when i can.

red is gonna be a tough one i bet

^ i think your best bet would be to ask maybe justin thursday, he seems to have had a lot at one time or another (really have no idea on his current stock though).

loomis may as well, he's sent some consoles over with them on there.  not sure where they are sourced.  all used or NOS though so no one is making them new

annnnnnd, because of this thread i'm off to watch some 'hey arnold'.  or maybe jump way back to 'hey dude'.
