I like live instrumentation but if you're confident enough in your product you definitely can rock just LSDJ by itself or laptop + controllers
but... looking uncomfortable on stage is MY THING.

"Eiffel 65 is an Italian three-piece eurodance group formed in 1998 and best known for pioneering in pitch correction and Auto-Tune, and for their international hit "Blue (Da Ba Dee)". The name "Eiffel" was chosen randomly by a computer program and the "65" was scribbled onto their name on a demo by mistake; it was actually part of a phone number."
When a mistake gets published, it sticks!

before I confuse anyone, when I saw ??? live he was using a midi turntable with his laptop to play his tunes in a continuous mix, DJ-style.

Re: Hiphop beat using nanoloop 1.6 (9 replies, posted in Constructive Criticism)
I think it's good. Reminds me a little of Dauragon. The middle section is fine to me but you could try and spice it up a little by messing with the drums, putting some breaks in there, etc. Also the casio is a nice touch but the outro is a bit weak, it would be nice if you could find a way to keep nanoloop playing and end on a sting rather than fading it out (so the lead and bass are both present at the end).
