Hey CDK I'm so glad you made this discovery.

I make iPhone & Facebook games. Here's my latest:

I'm a game designer, other people do the code / art / sound.

heart you guys. I did get a feeling from the video that chiptune is only made with gameboys, and you know how I probably feel about that, but regardless this is good. The guy's commentary at the end is just icing on the cake smile

clearly the tech savvy primetime television audience of big bang theory would know to be ready with their smartphones to take digital pics of newly appearing product placement so that they may search image aggregate databases such as Tineye for pictures of similar items, then use the metadata of those new pictures to track down relevant information such as originating urls, key phrases or brand names, so that they may then find the web store and purchase said product. clearly. I'm surprised you had to ask that Peter.

Dude its a show on cbs. Half of the ratings are people in comas at hospitals.

Am I the only one that recognizes the sarcasm in both of BR1GHT PR1MATE's posts?

Hate this show. Same producers as Two and a Half Men, right? Plus these culture references are just to get social media attention... like when Glenn on The Walking Dead mentioned Portal... it's always forced. It's not like his character will ever express any interest in chipmusic in any episode.

I told my wife about this and she was like, "is this that thing you went to last year? it was 3 days and you didn't sleep at all and you got really sweaty?" and I replied, "yes, and I'm going again."

It doesn't hurt to have a library of music that you can tailor to different crowds. Like, if I were going to play a show for a lot of pop or dance music lovers that aren't familiar with chip music, I might make some covers of popular songs. If I were going to play a show for real hardcore or grunge fans, I might play a lot of dubstep. The more songs I write, the more I think I could handle different styles. I know it's the wrong argument: tailor your setlist to the audience, rather than presenting your "very best," but you can't argue with the fact that sometimes a good way to get people in the right mood is to play something they like.

nice work!
