I use bluehost and have had zero problems with them.

I use them for a wordpress site and for hosting my music on.

same and also i us ethem as a "personal dropbox" and they dont care (as it should be) and its all pretty fast
ive never ran mysql on this site though... i know that some hosts that seem fast for static/php will be very slow with mysql
only weird thing is that they wanted photos of both sides of my debit card for "confirmation"
they havent stolen my life savings yet though

if you just want to muck around 000webhost is cool and free

winamp plugins (in_blah.dll) work in xmplay if you need something else
all the cool music listeners seem to be using foobar2000 now though

running entire herds of animals off cliffs and only taking what wouldn't spoil, and pretty expansive clear cutting of forest areas too

Clearly exaggerated, everyone knows they were totally noble in every respect! wink Didn't you ever watch Pocahontas? LOL

you are wrong the native americans were awful. america has been immeasurably improved since the arrival of the noble european settlers

8bc is back!!

(edit: dear simon,)

hmm, which side are you on

office work and laundry could be some kind of art for the people if people voluntarily did them for their own sakes... who does? in fact they are more often signs of oppression than liberation

i'm sure there is scope to be better at databending, with enough knowledge of the tools and file formats involved i dont see why it couldnt be directed and deterministic 100%, the computer isn't a black box - i'm just not sure people come to databending for sporty-art?

but i was simply warding off some of the more obvious criticisms of databending that tend to wind up anywhere it gets mentioned... it is somewhat controversial in itself as this thread proves already

(edit: jeez this thread is moving fast)

i know databending is seen as tacky because everyone can do it and there are no barriers to entry. but if you dontapprove of these things why do you chip? everyone else thinks the same about chiptunes...

personally something that everyone can do, no best no worst no famous, i think thats quite nice

heres one of 200 pictures of zooey deschanel

heck yea!! hopefully this will bring us some converts

hey yogi ive got a ymf724

it works fine with boomtracker/sadtracker/dfm which are all opl2 tho ive never tried it with adtrackerii because i dont care about opl3

the driver installer is for win95 although the drivers themself are for dos. i installed the drivers from win95 and just boot in dos mode to run the trackers

you could probably copy the drivers to a freedos usb stick if you wanted to do it on a modern pc, im sure the installer doesnt do much apart from put the drivers in a folder on your c drive

@fluidvolt: You can now enable velocity sensitivity for both carrier and modulator.
@sandnell: Hopefully I've fixed the stereo issue. Please let me know whether that works properly for you now.

It now supports loading parameters from SBI files ("Creative Labs Sound Blaster Instrument"). There are quite a lot of those floating around on the net, and in the git repository I've uploaded a bunch from Adlib Tracker 2.

If anybody wants an OSX version, I'm afraid you'll need to build it, but I'm happy to help you do that if you can send me the binary afterwards smile

stereo is fixed- thanks

if he says no are you gonna go back in time and play a different song at all those live gigs
