Oh, no way. Wish I had one. I figured it was just a advertising ploy. Easier to read than the Nintendo logo; gets it stuck in your head.

Woo~! we need some non-GB music around here. Definately love the limitations of the SN76489!

What may I ask are you using as an interface between yourself ans the PSG? Is this all Master System programming?

Unlike what bitjacker said, there can be unfixable lines. I had one screen where the glass cracked across the bottom corner, removing two connections.
The damage could be invisible. Lets say for example, the contact on the glass itself has broken free. Too much wear, too much prolonged heat, etc. These things are old...

Update: There's a problem with the PCBs he had to order more.
I can also vouch for Aly James' VST plugin. It's kept me going while waiting for my GenMDM

Who? Aly James or Little-Scale?

Nope. Those won't work with Transferers.

Pretty sure it works with the transferer 2, I've seen someone use it at a show.

EDIT: One of those USB printer port ones probably won't work but a proper compliant parallel port ought to work. If it says that it's fully IEEE 1284 compliant it should work, right?

I honestly dont think they can do that. I have only ever seen "fully USB 1.1 compliant." tongue

The difference is internal, not immediately noticeable. They changed parts, removed a bug or two. The similarities are that they are buth difficult to use. tongue
Do you have a Transferer or are you looking to get one?

What I can tell you is that I have a few USB programmers left over. If you don't want one of those, then Nitro2k01 also has a newer and better one called Altane.

is it freak?

Rename it and try again maybe?

Its been awhile since I last used Cynth, but I thought it was an issue of how you release the notes. In what order you release them, compared to which order you pressed them. Whether you think you pressed them all at the same, time, the Commodore will have seen them as individually pressed down.

As you said, the highest note plays again, but I think you can also release the notes in order from lowest to highest by rolling your hand off of the keyboard. If SHIFT works then, thats cool too. Try what I suggested, but I said I haven't used it in awhile.
