Looks like second clear PiL is back on the market since it's been more than a week and the person interested hasn't inquired about it...

Also added Pokemon Crystal!

Here is a more print-ready version of both. I took mine to a local print shop and an 8 1/2 by 11 of a nice semi gloss label cost me $1.90. I'll be printing this whole thing so if anyone wants one of either let me know and I'll mail you a copy. You'll have to do the cutting.

@DSC Yeah that does look way nice. But it only works for one color right?

I'll snag one of them! I can't wait until I get my transferer and cart in the mail. I still haven't gotten the email saying my order has shipped...

But the NES is all set up, ready, and I have an empty NES cart!

Yeah they're super nice guys. I was working on some material for their label last year but I never finished it. It might happen someday, it might not...

Almost done moving into my new house and I can't wait to start working on music in my new workspace.

So I've finished my label. I like it, but tell me what you think! Does anyone have any experience or tips on printing these?

Here are two versions:

And here are the label only images:

Nice man! I'm diggin' the second one...I'm a bit of a minimalist.

I've noticed a spike up in posts like this and posts asking about the basics...I think it's because of Xmas, people getting gifts/money...

My philosophy: If you want to be "real" use a hardware platform, with the limitations that this imposes and try to break those limitations by creative song programming. Or, if you want to approach it as a "style", use modern tools and impose artificial limits on yourself.

I didn't meet my GF through chiptune, but I certainly turned her on to it. She thinks its fascinating and has said numerous times that she wants to learn how to make chip in one form or another. I know its not really the same as meeting someone already in the scene, but finding a girl who likes it and supports you making it is also rare. I've been told by many people about how much their GFs hate the music.

How does one go about getting Cybertracker to run on it? Is it a floppy or a cartridge?

cybertracker was released as a floppy image. you'll need a way to transfer it to a floppy or you can get yourself one of those memory card readers for it instead. CT is an 'ok' program but it's no longer developed. give sid wizard a shot. It's excellent smile http://csdb.dk/release/?id=115599

too bad about the ram problem. hopefully you can get it fixed and there's nothing else on the board that's on its way out.

Thanks for the info! I'll check it out right now. Can you verify that the chips in the Ebay link are the ones I need to order? I'm admittedly not good with electronics, but I found someone who can do the repair if I bring them the parts.

EDIT: Wow, Sid Wizard looks great! So do these card readers...
