check it out so i like e-cigs... i also like playing gameboy and eventually when i get a cart i will use me the lsdj... so i was thinking..

w h a t   i f   i   v a p e   a n d   l s d j    a t    t h e   s a m e   t i m e ? ! ? !

so heres my idea the two generic voltages that electronic cigarette batteries put out is 3.7v and 5v..

you can basically get an atomizer in different ohms to give you the vape you want... so my buddy has this DMG that the battery terminals are corroded to shit.. i cleaned them up real nice but then hes like "well cant you just put a rechargeable battery in there?" and im like " i dont see why not" and then he took a puff off of his e cig and the epiphany hit me... muhfudgin dmg e cig mod... now here is a stock 510 connector that you can get online for about 2 bucks

so its small and im sure if people are stuffing all sorts of mods inside the dmg case it has room for this... so this is my plan im going to mount one of those connectors and a prosound mod into the dmg... but theres one little hitch.. i need to figure out how to fire it.. for instance lets say i turn on the gameboy with it all set up without a switch its just gonna start vaping away so i need a switch thats always closed so when i press it down it will fire the atomizers connected to the 510 connection.. now i could just put a button or tactile switch on the side or something but i want this thing to be boss.. i wanna use the A button as the switch and still maintain the natural use of the button is this possible????

am i a crazy person? can you halp

i think this will bring linux even more into the spotlight which is a grreat thing for development.. i wont have to dual boot just because i want to run a couple programs that wont run in linux (and yes i know i can emulate but AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT lolz).. im psyched plus ive been waiting for a steam box to come out i kinda said it would happen years ago and it makes me super happy..

Once they've made a cheap chinese knock-off, obvz?

like idk if you know this or not but most electronics are made in china (or other asian countries)... but yea if im that broke at the time ill buy a knock off.. but im pretty sure it will be reasonably priced for its function unlike everdrive products

actually you have to buy the tv with your own money so when you are released you take your property with you (which includes the tv)

Well there is one answer right there. The opposite of that is true for some people.

I can tell you now that the instrument creation part for SNES would probably not work in-console.  Really, if you want to hand the full power of the SNES to the composer, you have to let them make their own samples - which means they need to prep on a machine with a soundcard / DAW.  And if you offer a feature set that breaks down some of the additional untapped functionality (noise generator, effects DSP, etc) then it becomes clear that it's a little beyond what is easy to do in-console.  There are some heavy limitations when preparing samples : the ADPCM style compression + filtering crunches things around pretty wildly and it's way better to preview that stuff before it hits the console!  We're workin' on it.  Summer of 2014.  It's hopefully going to be a fun time for the SNES.

would not mind patching samples at all... super excited to see this happen

a couple of my friends spent some time in the prison.. i had one given to me and i just plugged computer speakers into it.. they are pretty bad ass they make em clear so you can hide stuff in them lolz also made me realize how little is really going on inside of a tv

see not much going on i was very disappointed... ive put gundam models together with more pieces

EDIT: i forgot to say before anyone asks they do have av inputs... also i need to find another one of these so i can mount a usb hub and a  raspberry pi on the inside...plus of course a shit tome of LEDs lolz

yo get a prison tv you can get them for dirt cheap at goodwill or thrift stores but you have to use headphones because they dont have speakers..

The Steam controller and their support for Linux is what makes this tick. It's an embedded Linux box running Canonical's ARM Ubuntu variant with a fancy wireless controller. And that's not a bad thing. I think it's awesome, it means PC gaming on Linux machines is going to get pushed forward a long way as developers are forced to become comfortable with developing for Linux.

steam OS when it comes out.. thats what ill be saving for... terraria, minecraft, team fortress, borderlands.... ugh so many good titles plus they announced third party consoles and you know alienware will do one.. not that imma buy it but it gives you an idea what it could become.. it will truly bridge the gap between pc/tv/console...

Indeed it will be pretty cool and I'm interested in seeing where it goes.  I have to hand it to valve, steam has always been pretty dope and It's great that every title I have ever purchased is still on my account.  I'm 31 and installed Steam at launch.  My 16 year old brother hijacked my account(jk I gave it to him) and it's awesome to be able to play the massive collection of games in my library that my brother and I have obtained over the years.

i heard something along the lines of if you have a number of steam boxes in one household using the same ip you can run the same account on all the boxes..

ugh theres so many features.. im sure theres a better video but this chick is hot as a mf
