What he said. ^^... definitely has that minimoog feeling.

Maybe it could just be an EP of collaborations with a bunch of different people. Could be fun...

I want to make an EP with somebody. If you're interested let me know!

Our fence blew away and our big shed/barn in the back yard was completely flattened. In addition, a big oak tree in our yard fell across the street and our neighbors got a pole in their windshield.*

you are such a nonconformist ant1, and I like it

what made you connect horses to this particular work?

THANKS.

For the purists, there's a wayyyy more chippy thing in the works. It'll be my first time using primarily hardware generated waveforms and such.

This is more of a loose, crusty, and fun release than the past few in the Jay Tholen catalog. At least since The Usurper Must Die!!! Took some risks, used some oblique strategies, and had a generally good time while recording. Enjoy.

I like it too... Feels pretty 90's shoegaze/alt-grunge. Really giving me nostalgia.

Thanks 8-Bit-Rex... haha. That's a really REALLY nice compliment. smile

Also... this EP is free for the next week or so. :0)

still gotta listen to this... I'll update dis post with my thoughts

EDIT: Super cool. It has that trademark Nestrogen "really fast melodies that repeat twice" thing going on a bit too. Nice tasteful use of stereo as well.
