This is going to be incredible. I'm sad I can't make it. You should go. Yes, you. Go to this.

^this.
Also this show was unreal, thank you so much Nick and the Rochester Chip crew and WITR and everyone else who was involved in making this happen. It was super cool meeting everyone and hanging with Nick, BC, and the rest of Revengineers crew (your hospitality is VERY much appreciated), as well as Shrimps, Chip's Challenge , Faking Amnesia and VJ PLZ.  Of course the same goes for Danimal, Noisewaves, and the NYC crew. You are all amazing.

Rochester does NOT fuck around when it comes to putting on shows and I seriously can't wait to go back some time soon smile  Rochester Chip Fest 2013 plz?

my god, i am so psyched.

yeah, if you're in the area and you dont go to this you're seriously missing out. IAYD is consistently and thoroughly badass at every show he plays.

Aaaaaaaaaa this is so soon and I am so excited!

EXCITED EXCITED EXCITEDDDD. And I'm gonna be there to see them SHRIMPS for sure.

Yeah, I had tickets to see the Faint too, then I realized I have to haul ass to Rochester for the show the next day so I'll be missing BOTH shows. Oh well! Have fun everyone!

This is a really cool idea!

for REAL? for REAL. Censoring a torrent of Creative Commons content?

medium rare

Niiiiice.

I would honestly recommend buying a cart to learn lsdj unless you have a gamepad or something for your computer. To me, half of understanding how it worked was getting the keypresses down and doing that with an emulator and a keyboard is sort of unintuitive.

Also, if you buy a cart and you end up not using lsdj, it's really easy to resell them for close to the price of a new one on here. Think of it as renting the cart for a bit- You'll spend a net of maybe 5-10 bucks on the rental plus the LSDJ license costs and if you decide to keep it, all the better.

Hey guys,
I just got a PowerPak secondhand and for some reason when I pop it into my NES and turn it on, I don't see the regular Powerpak home screen but instead I see what I can only describe as a maroon screen. Has anyone encountered this before, and if so, how did your resolve the issue? I'm hoping it's just something with the CF card but I don't have another one to test it with.

Thanks!

Woah... just thought of something... what if you made a music video on the gameboy to accompany one or more of the songs... Sounds like a lot of sleepless nights doing a lot of programming... I can't wait to see the finished result. Keep at it man!

LOVE this demo.

UM YES

I think Carillon Tracker might be a good tool for this, or maybe Paragon5.
