Coova and Bud Melvin : She's the DJ, He's the Rapper by enso

Holy shit, how did I never know that this cover was animated?!

I'm not sure it was originally animated- I believe this GIF was made to show enso's process in the creation of the cover.

I may be partial to this for obvious reasons but when UI showed me the art for my album for the first time my jaw dropped.

Check the cleanliness of the contacts, and also open it up if you can to see if anything is loose. Also check the solder joints to see if anything isn't connected properly- the build quality isnt always great on these carts and I had to fix one once by adding a dab of solder in the right place.

Yeah this is crazy awesome,as expected.

awwwwwwyeahhhhhh excited for this one for sure.

Such a good idea!! Flashers for blue EMS carts will definitely be a major step up- I have lots of old carts with out of date LSDJ versions and it'd also be great to switch out ROMs in those instead of buying new carts.
If this thing ends up being reasonably priced I am definitely getting one.

OH MY ITS OUT ITS OUT ITS OUT START BOUNCIN GET BUMPIN

Just a lil day-of-show bump to get you all excited. This one's going to be FUN.

OH shoot. I just realized the listing didn't include the price. It's going to be $5.

Yeah just grabbed that cart flasher and 256kb SXROM flash cart. Can't believe how insanely cheap this is, I really think it's going to lower the entry bar for new NES development and music creation.

If you do this and make it midi-controllable a la MGB I think people would freak out.

I always thought having a "GB-303" would be cool by somehow adding a filter knob, res knob and perhaps a decay knob onto a DMG. I don't know how one would go about it...it's probably overly ambitious but a designated GB acid box would be fun.

I have two different ideas for doing that, one using hardware and one using software, and will probably try implementing the software version at some point.

Also the intro to his track The Meridian definitely rips off the intro to Random's "Spontaneous Devotion" (sounds like he just sampled it and mixed it really low)
