Yes I tried this, it's awesome.

I don't want a pre-built Arduinoboy, I just  want a shop that would sell me an Arduino Pro Mini already flashed with the Arduinoboy software.
Anybody? This is getting OT.

I want a Mini, I can't use the UNO model. Size constrains.
Peter: I thought about updates, but then again, LSDJ updated all teh time and I never did. I am not that much of an updater...
It would still be better for getting started to get a preprogrammed Mini, then if I ever want to upgrade, I can get the cable.

I mean, I am pretty sure I can find the wiring somewhere top hack a USB cable and connect it to the motherboard.... or does the cable have a chip to convert to serial?

Sounds like a p[lan, will see what I can do.

On the ground that it tracks browsing data even if it isn't clicked. It wasn't there before, I noticed it here recently. Why was it added?

Some article. There was another but I can't find it.

It's more the faffing around with disk drives that makes me recommend GT to beginners.

Who fiddles with disk drives and bit-rotten disks anymore these days anyway? tongue
SD2IEC or 1541U for the elite, and presto.

I really don't want to pay 16 pounds for a blimmin' USB cable just to program this thing once. Is there any seller in the UK that would sell arduino MInis pre-programmed with whatever I want (ie Arduinoboy software)?
Heck, probably buying it in China is even better.  Or if I am stuck with paying that mcuh for a ridiculous cable, just tell me.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I guess nobody likes the real machine trackers anymore. I still want to get it on with SDI.

Those Neoflash things support many different cartridges with adapters and they do it well.

This is quite cool, problem is, most every cartridge in existence is already dumped, so why would one need this nowadays? And as a joystick adapter, it's quite expensive.

Whenever these sounds come up they are usually from a Sidstation default patch. Unless they are ripped from some song tongue

In before someone says this is chipmusic.

I don't think these ever got shipped.

Yoiu can use LSDJ demo to test.
Vista will be a problem with all that software. I recommend you installing a virtual machine on your computer and running windows 98.
Also if you have a Mac you are fucked. You shouldn't buy this at all.
