Hey Delek, just tested it and:
-it detects every MIDI IN device I've connected (sound card and usb keyboard)
-while the rec option is turned off, the keyboard plays great, with low latency (I don't know why the max. polyphony in the megadrive is three, shouldn't it be six?)
-while recording, even if it records three notes at a time, it just plays one "live"
This is a great new feature. Thanks for your work 
Just a reminder: the original mega drive 3 pad button HURTS. You don't want to get hurt live. Use a keyboard on a computer, at home. Be safe.

I just found an old .nsf that I wrote trying to complete a fictional NES soundtrack. As I was sure that it won't be ever finished, I decided to show "the world" to see what people think about it. It was written in 2009 Xmas more or less, with an old version of famitracker.
