I've already have done that, i want specific software, plugins, or addons for photo shop please.

Can you be more specific? What are you unable to to with out of the box photoshop that you are trying to do?

So I assume the USB port lets the flash cart function more or less like a USB mass storage device so you can just dump files and run them on the NES?

I think the main things which will sway people are the line up, the  venue being good (as in good soundsystem, not in a difficult location to get to, good set up for visuals etc) and how much of an audience you can draw. Good luck, its a huge amount of work!
