I still don't get it, and the fact that my Libretto is refusing to run AT2 pisses me off enough not to use it.

YESH YESH, and I still need to look into this myself.

So thats it then? it came and went?

We should make every major city (size and population requirements coming soon) a hub for lo-fi, old school chiptune music. And a database of registered members. So those people can travel to any hub and help be apart of the madness. A couple of local peeps can organize hangouts, demoparties, bake sales, shows/events, etc what have you. We can even have secret locations where passwords are required on entry (optional!) Its 2012 people, we need to start making stuff WAY COOLER and create a mysterious interest that will attract others to be a part of what makes this type of culture great.

with the rise of trackers with FM capabilities, and with GenMDM gaining maturity, we'll see a lot more of a consistent FM-based community.

LET'S DO IT KIDS

Im excited to rock out with the shifter of bits again.. as well as seeing an0va for the first time finally!!

Nice! the windows executable hopefully will get more people on board as well.. And in the future I hope to get enough people making AT2 tracks, so we can put out an album of sorts... showcasing the almighty powers of ADLIB TRACKER II !!

I really would love to see chiptune artists break into electronic musical festivals.  I don't see why that wouldn't be a good thing and/or work mixed in with regular electronic musicians. On the other hand, I have no idea where such festivals/events take place.. heh

I feel it's definitely at a major turning point. And so far, everything I have been experiencing has been extremely positive and better than ever.  It seems to be at the point where it can grow to the next level, which I hope it does.

I feel that the people infatuated with creating lo-fi music (much like myself), and enjoy being around people with that similar interest (much like myself) will always be around.

I personally viewed Blip as a mega goal to reach, but now we just need to do other things equally as awesome. Which is completely possible.

Mine too actually, I plan to head there within the next 2 years. I recently got a new job which it will allow me to do so!

I haven't been around this site lately and am somewhat out of the loop!

Who here is currently making tracks with AT2? I'm curious to hear some new songs from peeps. I'd love to hear what you got!!
