We're selling all releases for a maximum of £3, with £1 postage on top, or £2 worldwide. Postage in the UK actually averages slightly over £1 including packing, so we lose a little money there.
But yeah - thesimplicity got it right on the head. We want to make something nice for people to buy, in numbers that people will purchase them for. We don't exclusively limit our releases to certain numbers - I produced 10 of my CD because I don't think I'll sell many more than that. If I sell them all, I'll make another batch of 5 to sell.
Plus, we don't have the money to get huge runs done hahahah
And it's nice to hand produce CDs, being creative with them, and doing stuff on a small and personal scale. We aren't against big runs or whatever, we're just a group of friends being creative and putting out music in a fun and creative way, for cheap as well haha
I would DEFINITELY want to do this!
Alright if I send two sets of promo cards? One for myself and one for my DIY label
We will ;D Thanks!
hahaha, if only!
Also, my own album is up for sale now! Check it out!

"Euan Lynn's debut album is the culmination of 2 years of producing music using a variety of obsolete video game hardware and synthesisers. Featuring his trademark sound of reggae-drenched indie, this album features 7 completely original tracks and a further 6 tracks, covers of some of Euan's favourite songs, ranging from The Smiths to Jamie T"
Physical copies of my album are now available! £4 shipped in the UK, £5 worldwide! There's only 10 copies so act fasttttt!

But this is actually a collective :c
As in, it's not a label, we aren't like looking for other people to release or whatever, it's just a group of friends making music with one another :3

We're a small collective based in the North East of England, producing lovingly handmade CDs of our music, which ordinarily wouldn't receive a physical release.
The name is derived from the white card sleeves our releases use, and though you may not find any examples of perfection and professionalism, you will be buying a handmade release, made with love, affection, and a little bit of unicorn blood.
Our roster comprises of -

Sometimes, but more often I'll come up with a chord progression from messing around on uke/bass/keys.
It varies - sometimes I start a song wanting to achieve something specific - sometimes I start a song and it develops in a certain way, but I'd like to think I always have some sort of direction behind it.
One time I did an EP where I physically went to important places to me, and wrote and recorded songs inspired by each place in situ. It was great fun.
Other than that though, music is just another way for me to express myself and be creative.
Wait.
You weren't joking when you asked about HORSE The Band?
You seriously came onto a chipmusic forum to ask about Crystal Castles and HORSE The Band?
God preserve us
Yeah, I noticed my album's up there too! Pretty stoked
Awesome idea, I really hope this continues to grow!
