If you're anywhere near Seattle and you don't check out this bomb-ass show at a bomb-ass place, you're a straight foo, yo.
Also while you're there check if there are still spots of Lizzie's blood on the stage from when we were there last.

If I had ever received my two bleepbloops from Jose, I would do this. :\
Bad news guys, using quotations in this thread is always appropriate.
what?
Because it's more reliable and better looking than the stock MIDINES setup, and he hasn't actually damaged anything valuable? You never seemed like the type for unnecessary snark, Alley Beach, I'm disappointed.
And great work InactiveX, simple mod but done very cleanly.
Couldn't you attach it to a switching 1/4" jack that grounds the pin when nothing is plugged in?
It was listed in the Quest Coast tour thread too!
While this is in my attention, I should show some AWESOME photo evidence that we used litewall a bunch on the recent Glowing Stars/Crashfaster tour.
It was amazing to have something like that to just throw up when we didn't have a visualist (which was often). A bunch of the time I'd just hand the controller to someone, give them basic instructions and play and see what happens.
Depending on light levels and how much of an even space we had at the venue, we used either the stock shapes, or custom version with our logo.
They're all facebook linked images, haha.
We have so much crazy shit in store for this show you guys, like, seriously. SO PUMPED
WAIT SHIT
Okay I just made the connection. This is Matt from The Glowing Stars - we totally gawked over your tape packaging design and ordered the tape and everything for the Volume 1 comp you guys made, then when we played a show together and I talked to you while you were DJing at Ground Kontrol, and I still never made the connection. Hah!
Well it was lovely having played with you and I wish the most success for these events! I still think it's an awesome idea.
I think this thread can be moved to Past Events - I'm pretty sure we'll be starting a new thread for PulsewaveSF.
Pink Gorilla was awesome! Lizzie bled all over her guitar. She even managed to fling a spot of blood onto my gameboy across the stage.
Yes, that's a Hello Kitty band-aid.
Also, video stuff:
There's another one of these videos coming soon with footage from Seattle!
Thank you everyone who came to any of these shows! We're super pumped for the quest-ending Pulsave show in July!
this is so good
