No, at the end of the last part of this week's show.

Did anybody else cringe when that babe said "feel free to troll us, or..."

SERIOUSLY, WHAT?

10k, out.

When someone asks me to explain what chipmusic is, I always send them this link: http://chipflip.wordpress.com/chipmusic/

Woah, I think I might start doing that too.

I don't really remember anyone complaining when this guy showed up at Blip AU...

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

I witnessed some looks that were exchanged. Shit was pretty funny really. Those bros brought the party.

Awesome video dude. Bummed I didn't get a real chance to chill whichoo.

Which temple are the people that complain about Blip Festival lineups in, herr_prof?

herr_prof wrote:

Ive said this before but there are three temples of chip. People who think the sounds are whack but the songs are perfect (ocremix), that the sounds are awesome but the songs annoying (modern chip dudes) and that both are perfect and must never change (famicompo covers section big_smile)

I hate hearing shitty vst redux of ffII soundtrack as much as you, but having them mentioned in the same breath isn't so outrageous.

I'd like to point out that I also had this article published for work... haha

Damn, BURN! big_smile

I love chip covers compos, btw. It is just a shitty angle for an article. Haha.

Hey dude,

I totally understand this gripe. It should be mentioned though that this website is the internet-arm of a subscriber only industry rag. Without some kind of yank back towards the "industry" the article (which already is a stretch for the publication) would have been a bit too far from cannon.

I understand that Tom.
Just makes me a bit sad that is our "yank" hmm

Nice one Tom.
My only "gripe" with it is dedicating a chunk of words to "chiptheft". I don't think it deserves any sort of coverage on press, it usually plays back against us rather than in favour.

Other than that, cool beans!

And in the tradition of articles about chipmusic, it doesn't cover even nearly as much as I would have liked it to.

But I thought I'd share it with y'all.

Mario at a rave, etc, etc.

The quotes are from the #blipAU pannel thingo and a separate convo with dr. Scale.
