Should point out that earlier versions of LSDJ had a much crazier vibrato fm effect, so much so that lots of people stopped upgrading once Johan fixed it. I forgot the exact version the change was made but its in the low 3.xxs
edit: it was 2006-06-26: v3.6.3
It find the new version much more musical for light vibratos but its def nicer on the extreme settings before imo.
I think its because he was held back a year.
Either way its far less reliable and useful then having midi synced clips of nes renders playing and triggering external light rigs with sample tight accuracy.
I think its mostly a edge connector bullshit thing isnt it? If you soldered the nes flash cart directly pin to pin i bet the heavy bass wouldnt mess things up?

Some bands are as hard working and way more networking orientated, but they crash and burn because of bad luck or their sound doesnt resonate with their fanbase. EVERYONE IS RIGHT!

Yea I totally agree and get what you saying. I think once the gooch freed themselves from using actually chips on stage and in their music solely, they really took off to a next level and this success is a big result of that. I don't see this album or current live show happening to the degree it would ive they stuck to playing basement clubs with 25 year old consoles.
Also should point out that there is tons of sample based tracker songs all over the d-lp, so DEATH TO CONSOLE WARS ALREADY.
