This thread is now about about blipFanFic

Glomag paced the green room at eybeam nervously.Would the crowd be ready for the startling new changes his music have gone through in the past 16 months? As he tuned his urhu, his sweaty fingers slip a quarter turn too far, and the bass string main snapped.

"Fuck! How the fuck can I fix that now, I'm going on in 30 minutes!" He collapsed in a heap in his dressing room and started weeping. Minutes passed and he hear a timid knock at the door. "Can I come in?" A muffled voice asked. Glomag tentatively got up and opened the door, to find the lanky frame of noted chip visualist NO CARRIER.

"Is something wrong, Glomag? I heard unusual sounds coming from here."

"It's my urhu, I was so nervous I broke my only string! Now my set is ruined.. and I go on in twenty minutes!!" and with that he broke down into another torrent of sobs. NO CARRIER drew him up in his arms, and slowly patted his back. "Here, have a seat, " NO CARRIER said, " and let papa work those stress kinks out."

As his firm but gentle hands took over, running over the many veins and knots of his tense neck, back, and shoulders Glomags senses were inflamed. Year of working the V4 had turned NO CARRIER's hands into a gauntlet of velvet caresses. A moan escaped Glomga's lips and then suddenly the waves of euphoria suddenly stopped. With an odd look on his face NO CARRIER walked over to the dressing room door, and turned the privacy lock. "I have a better idea to help you relax..."

ah then i thoroughly disagree with ya josh. I like the rifts, the songs, the breakdowns, the vox.. pretty much the whole spiel from that standpoint.

Cool! Like the energy / attitude / sound. Songs themselves didn't really do it for me though. Still cool to see this particular spin on things.

after the bondage fairies, that's strike TWO. wink

Perhaps im just really sick of dance based electronic music? I really dug everything about this, sure they could use some polish, but what doesnt on cm?

its Manhattan, so you can pretty speed as much as you want. Lots of options minutes away by cab bus or train.

Once I was looking for another local musician to jam with a guy responded to my advert. When i showed him what i was working on he said "I really like your sound design, let me know if you want to work on something more serious".

They could just put Hally on 24 times instead of the New Yorkers, I don't think anyone would object to that.

Also, one thing about them that hasn't been mentioned is that they can only hold one sav at a time. It also seems that roms in bank one overwrite the bank two savs. I have lsdj in bank one, and if I fire up a bank two rom and save it doesn't delete my lsdj sav, but it loads the sav up into lsdj which can produce some crazy stuff. All I do is reload the song within LSDJ.

Ah so it nukes the work sram when you toggle banks?

You guys misunderstand me. The DS10 emulates a very famous, classic synthesizer.

Yea but if you have actually used the synth you quickly see its an emu in design only.. the i0s ms-20 emu from korg is arguably better sounding/more realistic.
