Good tune.  He didn't use the mario coin noise (as far as I could tell), he used the fireball and koopa kick noises.

My jaded opinion is that even though he used them effectively, still loses points for using Mario samples.

not at all underrated, but probably the first Gameboy game where I would just stop to listen to the tunes.  The 7/8 section is so nasty good, as well as the chords on the final turnaround.

Change the vibrato type of the instrument to anything but the HF type.

I found the lowest setting for L-XX  using HFvibrato works JUST good enough for most full step bends. Half step bends and bluesier sounding bends require a different setting for sure

If it makes sense, I'd love to come to Mashville

You're talking about like a guitar bend.

So lets say your note is D5 and you want to bend up to E5.

Put in a D5, then in the next tick on the phrase, insert an E5 with an L01 command on the right.  Then on the E5, REMOVE the instrument number.  Then whenever you want it to bend back, put in a D5 with another L01 without an instrument number again.

There's a thousand ways to optimize this by actually understanding how commands work, but this should work for now

Sounds like you and your government wouldn't be able to handle the musical awesomeness of Murder Balls anyways.

IN-CREDIBLE.  I don't even need to listen to this, I've gotten more entertainment than I could imagine from the descriptions.

I wasn't going to mention Gimmick!, (it's weird to me that people call it Mr. Gimmick, because it was only released with Mr. in the name in like one Scandanavian country, or something), because it's reached the status of being like, the best kept secret that everyone talks about, and sometimes people listen.

I only said Mr. Gimmick because that's what the image in the youtube upload says big_smile
