the rows in lsdj by default are 16th notes surely?
i don't have lsdj right now handy but if anyone wants to confirm or unconfirm by counting beats that would be cool
i always put 4 kicks in a phrase if i was going for a 4x4 beat, don't you?

Re: Breaking the rules of tonality, how do you do it "right"? (60 replies, posted in General Discussion)
And Bach is awesome. He made a composition based on the letters of his name, (H is A, if I'm not mistaken). That's awesome.
german "H" is what we call B natural and german "B" is what we call B flat :-)

Re: my userscripts for chipmusic.org (72 replies, posted in General Discussion)
it doesn't seem to be working with the version of firefox /greasemonkey i've got on this computer. works fine on chrome on my netbook though.
that is weird, i don't know why it wouldn't work
i use scriptish for firefox but i can understand if you dont want to change (even though they should be compatible)

Re: my userscripts for chipmusic.org (72 replies, posted in General Discussion)
also why is this extension allowed to access my data on all websites
this must be something to do with whatever user script engine you are using i guess
in any case it doesn't access any of your data on any websites... have a look at the few lines of code or get a javascript-savvy friend to do it for you if you want reassurance of that

Re: my userscripts for chipmusic.org (72 replies, posted in General Discussion)
surely you realise the difference between talking to a few friends on skype, and using chipmusic.org exactly as it is now but without hedgehog photographs
i am surprised by the negative responses to this honestly, just don't use it if you don't like it

introducing CM.O ECHO-CHAMBER v1.0!
Only see opinions that you agree with! Never again be confronted by pesky "new ideas"!
sorry but a picture of a hedgehog is not a "new idea" in a thread about chipmusic

if your browser supports userscripts, or you can get an addon that does (i use scriptish for firefox), you can use this script i made to ignore users on chipmusic.org. yes, you will never have to see any of their posts again! i set it up to ignore nuclace by default but you can add any users you want (even ME).
if you find any bugs or you have any feature requests tell me and i may be able to help but i may not be able to help
enjoy!

here is a new one i made
› Show Spoiler
it makes chipmusic.org a bit more readable at low resolutions
i tested it at 836 horizontal pixels
it doesn't seem to work at sizes much smaller than that, maybe you can TWEAK it
i made it mainly for personal use because i like to tile my windows and have my browser at half width (the aforementioned 836 pixels)
it is a bit rough and raw and unpolished but it mostly works. maybe you will want to use it if you are on a netbook
