Dat info. Writing this down in my composition notebook of chiptunes.

Usually when the contrast changes when you press start in LSDJ that means the batteries are almost out of juice.

Are the batteries fresh in the Pocket?

The older versions on the 64M EMS Smart Card would drain batteries pretty quick on a pocket. To my understanding it was due to it not being optimized for it. EMS however fixed this issue with their newer 64M Smart Cards, which look identical. I believe the "newer" EMS Smart Cards were being produced starting around 2~3 years ago if I am correct. Kitsch knows more of the 411 on that than I do though in terms of more exacting dates.

This forum isn't the correct place to vent about your experience or get our attention.

I'm pretty sure people can vent wherever they like. Not to troll, but if some place isn't giving them customer service they like, they can vent where they feel like.

There's a youtube video somewhere of a dude desoldering the entire battery holder on an EMS 64M USB Cart, being the highest point on the board, soldering in a regular cartridge battery and it was able to fit into a regular Gameboy case no problem

Just going to put this out there. It took me two years to figure out how to do this correctly.

I know that there was that one Chinese/HK dealer who was selling what seemed to be a poorly made frontlight panel w/ LEDs and had used Bibin's photos on their page.

I ask because I think I remember seeing someone ask this question a long time ago on your website and you had said something to the effect that you had something planned in the future.
