That's an awesome interview man! Sucks you don't have as much time for it...I have a lot of fear about that. Like, what am I gonna be doing in like, 15 years? Am I still going to have time to sit and write on my gameboy? Am I even going to want to? I dunno.

I'd like to think I'm doing it right, I'm doing it because it makes me happy and it makes me feel good about something I can do. It's the first form of music I've been able to accomplish what I actually wanted to do, and I think that people can tell that, so they realize that it's not a waste of time.
I've never had anyone actually say to me that I'm wasting time. Anyone that didn't like it basically said "it's awesome that you can do this...it not really my thing, but it's really impressive".
Clicks are because it's a gameboy and that's just how it is. A gameboy was never meant to be a Casio. Clicks are just something everyone has to deal with. As for wanting WAV to be louder than pulse, lower your pulse volumes. Simple.

This thread is so weird.
I'm enjoying my new album a lot more then my first, there's no pressure or anxiety or anything. People have heard my styles and even liked it, and I didn't even think oAaS was even close to being my best. Recently I've been enjoying doing the track order. One way makes it start off slow and then speeds up and the other way I could do it makes it start dancey immediately, abruptly slows down then speeds back up. Haven't decided yet.
release it sans track order and let people decide what they like the best.
i'm doing that with my next album
The release I'm working on now has got to be the funnest. I'm just experimenting and not trying to live up to a standard now. It's nothing like Codex but I don't care, I just want to express how I'm feeling and this is how it's coming out.
As long as it's technically sound I'm not going to throw a song of mine away, you know? This album feels a bit more personal to me, even though you'd think it's not since it's not melodic.

Anyway, gotta say, the new J. Arthur record is fantastic. Andrio's June is amazing. I know I'm missing some, but I'm tired as hell and can't remember. If any of my friends released anything this summer, it's probably one of those I'm forgetting. Many apologies

Thank you, good sir! I'm always open to suggestions I've never had any formal graphic arts training, so anything I can learn from the masters is pure gold. I'll be sure to keep my text spaced nicely in the future
If you ever have any more suggestions, please, I'd take them in a second haha. Your art has always been a huge influence on me.

Basically what he wants is master volume controls for each of the four channels on LSDJ. But really just be careful with your envelope settings.
Was it sprayed? I did mine with acrylic and brush and it looked really bad hahaha.
