Thanks, everyone!

Eugene, I do hope I don't have to drink all 50 at once?

UPDATE
More tools and few artists...iLKke, i have a quesiton for you, where i can find the Panda's Website/Gallery???
Here's his gallery on PJ:
http://www.pixeljoint.com/p/2396.htm
As for his website, no idea. He's an admin on pixelation and sometimes he posts a pic or two there.
As almost none of you are probably aware, but at least some of you damn well should, In less than a month I'll be moving to Sydney!
After years of effort I've managed to get my ass out of that loveable shithole called Serbia.
Looking forward to finally meet all the aussie chipsters, to actually BE on the gigs I make posters for, and of course to sample Celsius' most exquisite cuisine. \o/
http://www.swordandsworcery.com/ - ??? (???)
= http://superbrothers.ca/ - Superbrothers (Canada)
imageready ftw!
Actually in newer versions of Adobe CS, all of iamgeready has been moved to FW
Add ASCII programs in another thread perhaps?
Btw, I've recently put up some of my ASCII work on my blog
I just realized Adobe Fireworks can be used for pixel art, perhaps more so than photoshop.
Yeah guys sorry I had to pass, I had a nice idea but I'm in really swamped lately
hella zoned
Fantavision was vector based, iirc?
Ilkke, i was thinking to add some "non-pixel" programs but art related as Painter / Colors (ds/iphone) and few others. Just to not create a new list! LOL... what do you think??
Sure, just add a section at bottom.
Btw, I think I've seen a couple more pixel apps for the iphone, I will look them up and then list them here.
@iLKke, thx man! ... about ArtRage, honestly no really sure (because i don't own the program) but as far as i readed is possible to made pixels there, but no idea how! ... really thx for the notes and corrections! :DDD... that's the main idea of this list! :XXXX, apart from have a reference list aswell!...
I really like ArtRage, I've used it, and it's a natural media simulator, like Painter (made by some of the original authors as well!). I honestly couldn't find anything even remotely related to pixel art in it. It can't open two views at the same time, neither are there fill, brush or index palette functions. Some programs (like PhotoShop) are flexible enough so they can be used for pixel art even tho it's not their original purpose, but ArtRage, although awesome, is NOT one of those programs
Perhaps you can remember where you read that it's possible to make pixel art in it? Maybe it was ArtGem, not ArtRage?
Some more errata:
-GraphicsGale is not free, it is shareware
-GangeED is a Win app for c64 graphics
Another note, Allegro Sprite Editor is now officially renamed to "Aseprite"
That's a lovely list, but just how is ArtRage (for example) supposed to be a pixel tool?
Also, link for promotion is www.cosmigo.com/promotion/
is there a way to ignore a member on chipmusic?
I don't think pxls knows the answer to that. You should ask a mod instead.
