I'm working in a more standard way of change the volume dinamically in the Game Boy. Some emulators are not compatible with the current way. Because you can't simply change the volume while a note is sounding in this Nintendo console, I have to use hacks that works on the real hardware. I'm doing heavy testing right now. Wish me luck.:p
An update is coming with even better GB and GBS exporting.
Ah, that explains it. I was hopin for compatibility with foogep so I can export wave files...I guess I'll have to wait!

Another necrobump, hohoho. Many non-emulated expansion recordings available here:

My thought is you should only worry about it if phase cancellation is the root of the "problem", since that would also affect stereo playback through speakers. If you were already mastering on speakers, you're probably fine.

Generally I prefer mml, but Musetracker/Pornotracker is a really solid tool that more people should use.

Well, tv networks and big record labels and insert-mega-corporation-here are in a position to charge trademark owners for "endorsements" because people want the exposure. That doesn't mean the companies can use trademarks without asking...that would be akin to a big music venue kidnapping a band and forcing them onstage.

Whoa whoa, don't get me wrong here guys...I'm not some suehappy dork. I just think it's at least worth a bit of research, if nothing else. Intellectual property theft is a real thing...I give my chiptunes away for free just like the rest of you, but if one of them was used without permission on a tv show where cast members are being paid yearly salaries per episode, you bet I would be talking to a lawyer in about 5 seconds.

Assuming 8bp wasn't already compensated for usage, they should definitely get in touch with a lawyer.

Probably more expensive than just buying a CF reader, but I see your point.

Ok, looks like it's back up now...sorry for the false alarm. Now, if they can only take care of the forum's spambot problem.

Looks like it may be gone for good this time. The loss of the archive a couple years back wasn't as big a deal, because everything (nsfs included) was preserved on archive.org, but the forum was never mirrored. Lots of important info and memories lost.
