Hi everyone,

Just bought a Naki Solar Pak, this accesory is from 1993 and seems that the rechargeable battery is dead.
Did anyone already open one of these? It says it has 4 NI-CD 500mAh on the sticker so want to replace them with new 2450mAh Nikel-Metal batteries, but can't find how to open it without breacking it =/
Any help?

Little ant farm?

I actually started making tests with version 4.6.3 and nothing happened, now I know why ! So I switched to an older version (3.3.9) and I stard having LSDJ behaving funny as I mentioned in my previous post.

Sync is on KEYBD, and I have the song running, yep. I don't need to have any note written in my phrase, right ?

Thanks for the help !

I updated to 4.6.5 and works perfect.
And I made just an empty phrase on noise channel and when is playing, I can play notes on PU1 and PU2 with the keyboard.
First test to do with the keyboard is, hit enter to play, and F3 and F4 to see if it changes instrument.

Regards smile

The gameboy camera rom didn't work for me, I just transfer the sav RAM from camera to EMS with the Mega Memory Card, as Sliph Scope said.

Also here is a useful link if you want to make a gif animation with your sav

Which version of LSDJ are you using?
I have just read that Keyboard doesn't work on 4.6.3
You should use 4.6.4 or .5 that is fixed.
Remember that Sync must be on KEYBD and you should be playing the song to make it work.

In my case never worked with the DMG-04 cable and an external power supply (and it had 5v regulator)
So I bought the 4 players adapter and worked at once! I believe that followed the same tutorial as you... but let me check when I get home

Well finally my SuperGameboy 2 arrived.
I removed the plastic tabs of my american SNES, and after some tries and blowing a couple of times also, it worked smile
First I tried the original GB cards and then the flash ones, both of them worked, my USB EMS 64MB and my Netmars E-merger 64MB.
By now didn't notice a different pitch compared to the original GB
Thanks for your answers, hope that this can help some one on the future

Nice blog! will try fo fix a GameBoy display

Thanks MicroD! I got an old snes as Christmas gift so don't bother to remove the plastic pieces.
And that was my doubt about the controller... the clock speed button... (would I be able to raise my pokemons faster?)

Xyno I got that card, doesn't work?? sad I got one EMS and one old from netmar's E-merger

MicroD do you use it with some flash card for LSDJ?

Hi!
I bought a Super Game Boy 2 and I'm waiting for it. I bought it because I wanted the link port, but after paid for it I realized that I have some doubts.

- Will it work on my American SNES? I know that have to remove the plastic locks as it is for the japanese super famicom, but from the software side, will it work?

- The Pro Sound mod is the same of the first version? is the same circuit board, pin outs?

- I saw that there is a Super Famicom Game Boy Controller, but is expensive, worth it?

Looked for this and didn't find a clear answer. Hope that some one could help me smile
Regards.

Little than Color, bigger than Pocket.
2 AA batteries that runs like 10 hours.
Little noise with light on.
But is very comfortable for edit.
I have one and I love it smile

The GBC front lights are with the Advance SP screen?

if the first switch is off, half speed crystal is not connected, so only regular is set
if the first switch is on ,half speed crystal is short circuit, you have the same connection between the two legs of the crystal.
so will be the same if the first switch is on or off

Here is something that I don't know, if you can put crystals in parallel, in that case your switch could work, but will wait for some one else answer.

For the second switch, as I can see on the manual, one leg of the pitch bend goes to GND, the other to +Vcc (+3~6v), and the other to the on/off switch and then to one leg of the original crystal on the board, in that case you don't need to take out the original crystal. But have the same question as before here... if I can put in parallel crystals?
