Like 6 months ago you asked me if I had an album out, and in the time space you've released two. I feel like I need to get a move on!
It's very chill. I like that. Can be hard to resist the fast and hard chiptune style.

I'm very out of money at the moment, but Fruiht Tageur holds a very special place in my heart and I'm currently writing an album that could use some art.
What's the likelihood you'll still be accepting work in the nearish future?

When I was first getting my head around LSDJ a friend of mine and I decided we'd do some covers for fun, me on the gameboy him on guitar. We did Teenage Dirtbag and Bloodhound Gang.
For that night only we were 2 guys 1 Gameboy.
The pub was pretty full and it kind of blew up. People fucking loved it.
We went for the novelty factor for a good night to get pissed and it was a lot of fun.
I've played my own stuff there since and people are generally pretty cool about it.
EDIT: I hazily remember a very drunk bloke introducing me to his girlfriend as "Mr. Nintendo"

Re: where do you want your songs to end up (62 replies, posted in General Discussion)
I just want people who will enjoy it to be able to hear it. It would be nice if lots of people liked it, but as long as it gets to people who do like it I don't mind.
Years ago I wrote an acoustic song when I was quite down and put a lot effort into recording it. I put it on some website and it went unnoticed until a Canadian kid heard it and got in touch with me about it. I sent her the chords and later she sent me a video of her playing it at her school talent show. That one connection means a lot to me. It's more exciting than all of the other, more "résumé worthy" stuff I've done.
EDIT: Serious answer to a Zan Zan thread.

Ha, that was definitely worth the 10 seconds of "nothings happening" before the "Hey wait a second...." kicked in.

Man, I really loved this when I listened to it earlier, but having Rosa Menkman do videos for it is just icing on the cake. Great set of tracks man, really enjoying them.

Is it a problem that has just recently happened or is it one that you've had for a while and got fed up with?
My GBC always makes wierd noises, especially with the D-pad.

Re: LSDJ - Multitrack/Audio Interfaces (9 replies, posted in Other Hardware)
A standard DAW (Garage band, logic, reaper ableton live ect.), a Y cable and a standard USB audio interface will be entirely fine for recording a gameboy. Pro-sound is nice, but really mate if you know basic soldering and can do it yourself, it's not worth it while you're just learning. While it does improve signal quality, it's real advantage is in situations where you're audio is going through really really long cables and shit. Not necessary for learning.
I use an alesis IO2 and Ableton live. You just plug it it, plug your gameboy into the Line In's, set up your tracks and hit record. I record each channel separately and then use ableton to mix them. But I know roboctopus just records all the channels simultaneously and does some mild EQing and that.

Can we give bandcamp props for letting you upload NSF's as bonus material because people asked for them to do it?
