very similar to the ones basspuddle posted. not as detailed as the one egr posted but it should work great for what you want it for. i actually bought it specifically to use with my 2xDMG set up.
If I remember correctly, realistic was an in-house brand for radio shack in the 80's, it's likely the internals of the basically the same.
(Slight tangent) Moog designed and manufactured an analogue synth for the realistic brand which was sold as the "realistic concertmate MG-1" apparently it's very similar to the moog taurus.
I bet his triangle Bass sound isn't that great.

I was working on an adventure time sprite sheet last year. My old laptop is currently in pretty bad shape so all I can offer you is this in progress shot I uploaded to facebook one time

Unless you rehouse your GB in a ming dynasty vase, it'll probably still handle your pocket regardless of mod.

Lies.
If you'd seen what I've seen in this guys collection you'd never doubt again.
I know a guy who has a lock up full of mint condition Planet Hollywood promotional DMG's that were never released. Thomas & Betts seems like a pretty weird company to be put on a gbc though.
Quite a bit on the heavier side, but here's some stuff from the album I'm working on with a friend. Guitar, LSDJ, 4op FM.

I'm pretty new here and I barely post, although I read a lot and try to absorb as much as I can. I love cm.o, and there's a massive wealth of information here.
But damn, as a community we suffer quite severely from secret club house syndrome.

in..ta...resting.... and no noticeable changes in sync?
If you're using a DAW, you simply have to align the first beat of each track and they will be perfectly synced.
Mine came with 3 songs already on it. Not sure who flashed my cart when I bought it back then, but who ever it was taught me a lot of tricks

Like the iPad though, the Lemur might have been waaaaay overpriced, but it's pretty rad. We have one at work, it's fun.
A friend of mine borrowed a lemur from our university for a performance at another university. It was stolen.
basspuddle wrote:Are you running the Tiny terror head into the JCM and then into the orange cab? I bet it sounds gorgeous.
danimal cannon wrote:Wait why we he run into both amps, in series? I've heard good things about the tiny terror but I'm not a fan of JCM2000s
I've actually got a stereo reverb pedal with buffered bypass that splits my guitar signal, so I run both amps parallel. They're mostly stacked like that to save space, and the orange cab is wider so I put the marshal on top. They're both running as separate amps, but from one guitar signal.
The tiny terror was going to replace the DSL, but at the moment I've not had the chance to sell it. And a dual amp set up is crazy good fun. Seeing as I usually play in 3 piece bands it might give the sound a little extra thickness. The tiny terror sounds so much better though, it has the the most perfect distortion I've ever heard and sustain out it's arse.
ClairBear wrote: I admit that's a lot of Gameboys if I had that much I would personally take care of them :'(
Those are the ones I just brought back from uni, there's at least 5 more lying around, plus another 4 I got recently that are all in various states of disrepair.
Trust me, they get taken care of surprisingly well . The red one spent a few months with my friend and was partially used in the recording of the album we're working on.
Kris k wrote:Hoolycrap. Optimize your tables, son!
Sorry, not trying to talk down or anything. Just a word of warning- the game boy CPU has a tendency to sacrifice the noise channel if the sum of all the channels is too much for it to handle, and with a table as complex as this, the chances of it skipping are pretty high. Keep playing around and see if you can get the same sound with something simpler, it'll pay off in the end.
I used to have tracks with tables like this (Radionecrosis used to have a SUPER complex snare table) and it wouldn't work half the time live. Honestly, most of my noise tables don't use more than 3 or maybe 4 transposes, and they're crazy stable.
You have just explained to me exactly what's going on when I lose snares in table intensive tracks. Thank you bro.
Most of my recent music combines LSDJ and the Yamaha FB01, usually a little guitar here and there too.
