external 3.5mm dongles worked for early prosound mods.

(something like this)

my guess is that the backlight is drawing too much power for pokemon to boot.

just an idea though, i don't have any hard evidence to back up this.

kitsch sells a vertically-mounted rgb backlight, that probably would work. although, it looks like it only has one led.

Repeat this. And some day you will be able to build a fort out of your GameBoys.

i'm kind of unfamiliar with macs, but i've heard that a good way to do it is by emulating windows and backing up your cart that way. just follow the directions in the included disc (if you don't have one, email or pm kitsch and he can hook you up) and you'll be set, yo.

i'm sure there's an easier way to go about it, but it's the first idea that comes to my mind.

i have 30 songs on it, i probably could stand to get rid of some smile

thanks for the help.

so, basically, when i go to the load/save screen, there aren't any 'empty' slots, i can't load them or save to them. is it a problem, or am i just out of memory space? i've used 8A blocks out of the allotted BF, so i'm not sure if it's a problem or not.

i deleted a song, so there's an empty slot there, but there isn't one at the bottom of the save list like there usually is.

edit: i've tried it on 2 different dmgs, and one gba, and they're all the same.

i think turtlesaur uses the looping mode on his korg zero, but i usually don't run any effects at all. but when i do, i use a crybaby wah pedal for a gnarly/obnoxious filter effect.

edit: i'm really digging the look of the looper (among other things) on the korg mini-kp. can anyone say anything about it?

whatever you do, don't use a mr. clean magic eraser.

i learned that the hard way wink

uh, hmmm, i'll check stock with my eyes tomorrow...

and all dmg sets should include the power switch.  the site isn't being truthful.  i don't think there are any colors floating around without the power switch at least, pretty sure the ones without are phased out now

guess i should update the description too!

wait...

you have white buttons in stock?

i've been looking for white dmg buttons for at least 2 months!

yeah, but kitsch's button sets usually don't include the power switch.

edit: kitsch, the site says that you don't have any in stock.
