Ugh, sorry. I kinda feel like an impatient douche right now.
Thanks everyone, thanks Kitsch. I really appreciate your website/services/products, and I can vouch for the stress of a 1-person company, especially one with increasing demand.

And on a side note, I'll definately order more stuff from kitsch-bent in the future.

Thanks so much. I just wanted to make sure, and from what I've heard, he sounds great.

I ordered some stuff from kitsch-bent about a week ago. Specifically, a backlight, a set of buttons for my MGB, and a tri-wing screwdriver. It hasn't arrived, and I haven't gotten a confirmation email from them. (I got one from PayPal) anyway, has anyone dealt with kitsch-bent before? If so, is this normal?
Thanks
Dan

I think I'm going to get LSDJ. Even if it's more complicated, I can do more with it. The greater the challenge, the greater the reward! Besides, LSDJ can sync with nanoloop, so I don't really even have to choose.

I wouldn't trust it for a live show though. An external clock is the best route. Just saving you from some hair pulling ( : .......and i noticed that the i-phone nanoloop is able to go at a ridiculously fast tempo. I'm not to fond of the way that version sounds (most of the time),but that's a  feature Id like to take advantage of.

Where would I find an external clock? It sounds interesting...

Dont know about the cheap part though. iphone + nanoloop app probably cost a bit more than game boy + nanoloop cart.

Then again, why would someone buy an iPhone just for Nanoloop? I think the app only costs $2-3, that's a lot better than $60-80...

Thanks, everyone. I'm still not sure which one I dig more, both of them have really cool parts/features. I suppose it doesn't matter anyway, I spent all my money on mods for my MGB smile

I'm sure topics like this come up all the time. I almost got a copy of nanoloop 1.6, but they're out of stock. Then I looked at LSDJ, to see the differences. So, which one do you prefer? Which one has more possbilities/limitations? Is one better than the other? Which one would be better for my first cart? I'm pretty clueless, so any help would be appreciated.

Don't forget.

First post. Leggo.
I'm 16 and live in Washington, about an hour east of Seattle. I go to school, that takes up a lot of time. I'm trying to get an apprenticeship landed under a locksmith I know, I like keys for some reason. I live with my mum, I skate a lot when it's not raining. I play guitar, but I'm not in a band. The blues, of all genres. It's like the opposite of chipmusic. But I still dig both of them. I shop at goodwill a lot, I'm really bad at talking, I wear the tightest pants I can find. I've kinda gotten into film photography, I'm a weird kid. But this kind of music is full of weird kids, so I feel right at home. smile I'm still getting over a really bad recent breakup, I need to move on. I like fixing things and understanding how things work. An occasional bowl is nice, but not too often, I'm busy. I'm not a big gamer, but I do play games sometimes. Usually on my brother's Sega genesis or Nintendo 64. The day that someone refers to my long messy hair as a 'mane', my life will be complete. I listen to music whenever I'm not making it, from Henry Homesweet to Skrillex to Band of Skulls to Son House, and everything in between. I like acting cool, even when I know I'm not. Stuff like that.
