Now I'm not passing judgement,

Yes you are.

Seriously though, check to see if the PSU is in all the way. If that fails, open the Amiga and reseat the chips/check for damage. If that fails, open the PSU and check the fuse. If that fails, quit.

Will there be an audio input?

Oh, and CM.O has my vote on changing the word bubble to "What kind of ____ do I need?"

Why not read this thread in which you posted? I believe the use of Protracker was addressed.

Not going. Bummer. Have fun, kids! Punch Satan in the face for me.

Oh hey, cool. Good thing it's in THREE FUCKING DAYS SO I HAD ZERO TIME TO PLAN TO GO.

Stop not being on facebook! Joe's been promoting this on there since March!

Also I always forget to post shows on cm.o cause no one goes to shows in chicago.

Point taken. I'll probably be going regardless. I'm still not using Facebook though!

Is there a tutorial on this anywhere? I keep finding links to tutorials that also involve making the NES portable, and I want to make one that powers off the NES without frying the screen.

I've powered these screens in just about everything I own with a video out (except the NES). As long as you don't mix the ground/power, you should be ok. I believe these cheap-o screens can take anywhere from 5v-12v.

I'm thinking the power on the controller port should be good. I also think just having the screen resting on top of the console is the easy way out.

Am I the only ass hat who cant get a good deal on an amiga?

Nope. I can't either. People hoard/collect/display.

I love the pig, but I've yet to hear anything whose quality is on par with other sample-based tracks.

Good to know! Hopefully I'm still alive by then.

Is this strictly a DMG event, or will there be an Amiga (/atari) somewhere in there? Looking forward to the Datathrash lineup.
