A+++++++++ will hire again

If the audio were on bandcamp I'd love to throw in a few bucks for it!

I would too!

I can't get over how awesome this is, thank you cTrix for putting this together, and thanks to all the camera people and CHiKA, and especially Radlib for rocking so hard.

Set also contains a cover of "Minha Caipirinha É Ótima (Very, Very)" by minusbaby - starting at 17:03.

Act IV, and Stars are my faves, nice work Decktonic!

I just had a thought, and it is probably ridiculous.

When signing up for this forum, don't give members posting privileges until they pass a test containing the most common "noob" questions, with links to the relevant FAQ-threads, thus requiring prospective members to learn how to do their own research. In the process, they discover that many questions they have are already answered, they are educated and prepared on where to access this knowledge, and quickly become valuable, contributing community members. People who cheat are permabanned/blacklisted/kicked off internet.

This doesn't really do anything to combat the "release coming soon" threads... but some questions could directly address forum etiquette, which could thwart any misdirected attention-seekers and make violations of etiquette even more frowned upon! Before this become any more of a rant/pipe dream, I'll stop myself. Just a thought!

I used Wirecast at work yesterday because YouTube has it available for non-profit partners in good standing, and it seemed pretty cool. It's expensive though (I think $449 for Wirecast 4 and $995 for Wirecast Pro 4)...

Also, not sure if it was the computer or the program, but trying to use two firewire cameras crashed it. I've heard the USB cams are more stable with it, but have not vetted that info.

Thanks for listening! I'll probably archive the shows myself too, maybe even edit them into podcasts? It all depends on what people want and what I have time to do.

Would anybody want me to get them set up as podcasts so they can listen forever?

NERD ROCK MONDAYS FOREVER!

I probably should have read it over a few more times, or written myself a cue card so I wouldn't sound like a dumbass. NOPE!

Thanks for listening!

If you missed it, you can listen for 2 weeks until it is taken down because of DMCA restrictions. Here is the playlist: http://www.wmfo.org/?page_id=63&&id=31216

Going on the air at 6:00 PM, tune in at http://www.wmfo.org/ if you want!
I'll be playing a few teaser tracks from the iPhone Nanoloop Posse 2 compilation that is coming out tomorrow, and other old favorites. New favorites too.

You can hear a few tracks a day early by listening at http://www.wmfo.org/ starting at 6:00 (That's in less than an hour!)!

p.s. If you are in the Boston area, you can listen on a real live radio device by tuning it to 91.5 FM.

I guess I'll go first! Hi, my name is Sam and I love chip music. Sometimes I play it on a college radio station, at WMFO Medford in Medford, MA, which is where I live. Sometimes I write songs with LSDJ and play my guitar and sing along. My latest song is all about looking for sasquatch and it's called "Looking for Sasquatch". I try to go to as many chip shows in the Boston area as I can, and I am very sad that I am not going to Blip because of a work commitment. The end.

I think that's a good idea, and I'd probably introduce myself on it too! Not here though, I refuse to introduce myself here... unless you remove the question mark from this thread title and move it to the appropriate section.
