Just letting you all know about this fun little initiative I just found out about:

Half riding the crest of Record Store Day / half an antidote to the over commercialized hype of vinyl.

http://netlabelday.blogspot.co.uk/

Netlabels! Get involved.

...and yeah if any netlabels want to release any of my music for this, just PM me!

The channel controls are somewhat more basic in One, and the S channel doesn't have proper polyphony.

If you want a traditional chip sound, go for one, a lot of people prefer the noise channel on it.

If you want polyphony, go for 2, a lot of people prefer the S channel and it can sound like a pretty refined digital polysynth.

Alternatively if you can't hear the difference the buy one because it's cheaper!

Such a good release!

I though nordloef was involved in FAT in some capacity?

Anyway, it just seems a real shame that GBA flash carts are available and pretty cheap and yet nothing tracker-wise on that platform seems to have been developed fully. Obvs Nanoloop 2 does a great job covering a lot of bases but it looks like a few people have done the whole "lets do a next gen LSDJ" and not had the resources to complete these projects.

Hey guys, randomly aquired a GBA flash cart... I had a version of M4G that I'd run in an emulator to check it out years ago, and that isn't really at a place where I'd want to use it. Are there any stable build trackers for GBA? Whatever happened to FAT? the link seems dead and I can only find v 0.74(?) for download - did anything else happen to it? What about Ditty? Has anyone used that to any effect?

All help greatly appreciated!

Yeah, but nanoloop carts you pop in and leave them... with this one you're meant to grab a knob (Mmmm I do love grabbing knobs) and twist it (that notsomuch).... Given the price difference though I'm sure people will come up with sturdier solutions by hacking existing carts.

Um... not funny now.

Good sense of humour. It's what people write on dating websites.

...gsoh...

!!!

Kitsch will you be stocking these?
